Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Beds were a little small, but for the price of the room we were very happy overall.
Room was renovated and was very clean. Breakfast was great. Rooms had refrigerator, microwave, desk space, we were very pleased with our room. Hotel staff was great.

A very beautiful location, if you like quiet & calm it’s the place for you. They have a nice selection for nice simple breakfast on their sunny patio. I was surprised when I came back in the evening to my trash thrown away and my used towels all replace with clean new ones for free. Will definitely go back in the future! Great price.🩷

Our room seemed like it wasn't cleaned well prior to our stay. Found clothes tags on the floor. That isn't a deal breaker. However, it seems like they don't scrub the tub, or if they did, it's haphazardly. Grim and yellow ring around inside of tub. Maybe invest in better cleaning supplies or have staff put in some elbow grease and more care into cleaning.
Friendly staff. Good breakfast Beds were comfortable. Decent location Overall 8.5 or 9 out of 10 Pretty pleasant stay

Depending on the direction one approaches the motel from, the street signage can be difficult to see. Caution needs to be taken due to the steepness of the driveway and the abrupt change of slope at the bottom.
The staff were very friendly and professional. Check-in was simple and quick. The facility is well maintained and the room was clean and comfortable with simple furnishings in good condition.

For everything that was provided, it was a nice day and a Nice stay

The only thing we didn't like was no elevator, which is expected.
The very first thing that I noticed was two suitcase stands. This was so convenient for my wife and I. Usually there's only one and we to find a place for the second suitcase. The Bed was super comfortable. One of the best beds in a hotel that we've ever stayed in. The breakfast was very good, they had hot dishes as well as cold and they kept it well stocked. There was scrambled eggs, sausage links, home fried style potatoes and batter to make your own waffles. They also had instant oatmeal, cold cereal, yogurt, and fresh fruit. They also provided hot coffee, apple juice and orange juice. They have plenty of tables inside and outside, so there was no problem finding a place to sit down and have breakfast. The staff was very welcoming and friendly from the front desk to housekeeping and the person maintaining the breakfast in the morning.

There was some construction going on due to remodeling, but the workers were mindful of guests. The bed! Does any motel use comfortable mattresses? This one was way to soft and offered no support on my old back. The motel I stayed in before this one had a bed as hard as a board! What gives?? The main thing we do at a motel is sleep, so how about investing in some quality mattresses?? Please...
I was in town for my wife to have a procedure done at the hospital, and this motel was a nice balance between convenient location, price and quality of accommodation. My favorite part was that breakfast had all of the usual fare and had eggs, sausage and fried potatoes in addition, as I am not too big on sweets.

Would like a bathroom fan. Would like the price to be under $100 per night.
The staff helpful and friendly. The hotel is about 1.5 miles from the main Courthouse Plaza. I loved the continental breakfast.

We were there in winter and there was daylight under the door, no wonder the floor was cold, but since it is Arizona, maybe weather stripping on doors isn't as important as in Wisconsin.
Very clean and nice bathroom facilities.
