We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe hotel was more like a very run down motel. Everything was out or service. The pool has been shut down, the "gym" was where they stored the supplies, an equipment was outdated. The juice machine made watery juice. Room smelled like a pack of cigarettes, and there were little fruit flies everywhere. Where telling staff of these things all she could say was that she was new, and she sorry it's not the best. Very hard,an uncomfortable beds.
Close to attractions, like the aquarium and the museums. Close to diners and gas stations. Stores were within driving distance, no more then 15 mins away from downtown.24hr coffee machine was always available.

United States of AmericaWe were on the highway side and it was very loud so sleeping was a problem even though the rooms were empty on the other side. The door to the outside was broken left open all night no sercurity When we left in the morning no one at the desk till 10 so you just left your key I took pictures of the outside when we first got there we thought it was abandoned cause the front sign had a piece of paper hiding the front and NO cars were in the parking lot. Then we wanted to check in early and they were going to charge us outrageous when NO one was even staying there. I counted 6 cars each night while we were there.
No breakfast on property that we seen. Plenty of parking cause only 6 cars there when we were there. Back exit door was open and unlocked all night cause key card thing was ripped off. That was scary

United States of AmericaThe courtesy of the staff was non existant, no elevator to our 2nd floor room, shower in room was dirty and drained very slowly, no one was at the front desk when we were checking out, we just left the key at the desk, and left.
