I am disappointed that the breakfast options do not contain any protein. No eggs/meat option, only simple carbs.

I always enjoy staying here. The staff is exceptional, the rooms are clean and typically quiet.

The breakfast was sparse. The selection was a muffin and cereal. You could also make a waffle or toast...we had to go out to eat breakfast, which we didn't budget because the hotel advertised free breakfast. Another negative was that you needed to use your room key to get through the front door. I was traveling with a child in a wheelchair, which is stressful enough. So, I had to fumble around for a keycard every time I came back to the hotel, while also trying to maneuver my son through the door backward in a wheelchair. It was more than inconvenient...it became a huge annoyance. One night, I followed someone else inside (to make it easier to enter with a wheelchair). The lady at the front desk ran around a wall to yell at me for not using my card. She was so nasty and condescending. She'd seen us come and go all day. She knew we were staying there. The whole exchange left a bad taste in my mouth. And every evening, the lobby smelled like marijuana.

The location was great...it was close to everything we needed. It was easy to drive to, close to all the main roads, a variety of restaurants, across the street from a Target, and we felt comfortable. I liked that we were at the end of the hallway because I traveled with my special needs son and he couldn't sleep. He makes noises sometimes, so I wasn't so worried that he would keep people awake at night.

Tub drained very slowly, stood in water while i showered, toilet was loud in my room and in my neighbors room, could hear it every time it flushed. Breakfast was disappointing.

It's a very comfortable value hotel, with spacious rooms and comfy beds. The staff are really helpful and accommodating. Oh, and the Texas-shaped waffles are yummy!

1. My colleague's room had a light smell of cigarette smoke. I think this is probably the exception and not common for this property. 2. I think this property was located to cater to business travels for a group of office buildings in the area. Our business was in a different part of town and the hotel's distance off of I10 was not ideal. However, we got a great weekend deal for the 2 rooms and this is probably part of the reason. All in all we were very pleased.

Incredible front desk clerk. The hotel and rooms offer so much for the money. Generally very clean except for 1 item.

Breakfast food choices not any real cooked food unless u make ur waffles. Coffee only available during breakfast and that's only till 9am, so don't sleep in late or u get Nothing!! S/b till 10 at least!

Management needs to make sure that the rooms are fully cleaned, make sure toilet and tub are cleaned and disinfected, and that the towels are cleaned and free of stains. I had to ask for more towels( that was disgusting) ,towels did not look clean at all and their was only 1 towel for the face,so their wasn't enough from the start And the other issue is the free breakfast wasn't worth getting up early to go downstairs to get..need to rethink your breakfast menu

Overall, the hotel is clean and my room was comfortable But,Management needs to do surprise room inspections after their employees clean rooms

The rooms were very clean and staff was very friendly. The hotel was easy to find and the destinations were not too far away. The hotel is also very safe and affordable.
