We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaIt was noisy. There were a lot of people creating drama with each other. It was uncomfortable listening to it. Then I found a large bug in my bed. I was totally put off and would have left except for the fact that it was late 9+pm and I did not want to step outside my door due to the drama occurring.

United States of AmericaThe the place it's a bit Rundown and my room had bugs all over .ceiling while laying on the bed taking a nap a big roach flew on me I almost fell out the bed trying to get away . I had to climb on the bed to try to get down some of those flying bug off the ceiling they were flying on me while I was laying in the bed ,and the carpet was very filthy and smells really bad my nose burn and my eyes burn the whole time I was there I had to buy some carpet freshener to pour on the carpet I had to re-clean the bathroom just to use it', and the refrigerator freezer was needed to be defrosted I wasn't able to put anything in there. I had to wipe everything down and brought my own sheet to feel comfortable to sleep, even the top sheet on the bed did not smell goodI'm not a hard person to please but this was just a bit much.

United States of AmericaMy stay would have been great, I've stayed there once before. And I loved it this time, It just did not feel clean to me. I found an old hot dog bun in the bed under the fitted sheet. That was very nasty and I did end my stay early. And the room smelled old and stuffy.
I like it was accommodating due to the issue I had prior with another hotel. And the host was very nice.

United States of AmericaPlace was for all the local degenerates that couldn't rent a regular place because they had been evicted too many times. they advertised a kitchen, but there was no kitchen stuff in it what so ever, had to go spend another $100 and buy it all. The nieghbors were noisy. seemed in general the whole complex. the rooms were not dark for sleeping. and didn't feel safe leaving anything of value in the room

Message said to move closer to the router. No way to do that and remain in the room. Th refrigerator needed to be defrosted. The freezer was completely frosted and unusable.

United States of AmericaBuildings and the facility are old, which need facelift and renovation, not the price that you are paying and getting a comfortable room, in that case.... The bed was OK, but the smell in the room wasn't tolerable but yet when you turn the air condition it went away,. The sower, systems are old, needless to say, I had to bag for soap and body shampoo which is not custom for the facility to leave with the room I guess. But both times, the receptionist was very helpful and nice
The manager was so accommodating so as the night shift girl at the check-in. I had a hard time sleeping due to do next room, was disturning starting 5 am, even though it was a busy weekend due to Sun & Fun event, the manager switched my room to another unit eagerly. Very friendly and professional person,

United States of AmericaWhen we arrived there was a spider web and spider I Killed in the tub. The mirror was gross looking. Half a roll of toilet paper so we were out for a day. The beds are uncomfy. Looked like the door had been Kicked in before a piece of metal was put on it and kept coming loose and almost cut us. Paid too much for this room. Very disappointed.

United States of AmericaFirst off they charged my card before I even got there, second I paid for a queen and I ended up getting a double bed which is cheaper but they did not even refund the extra dollars back. The staff was no help at all and they acted like they didn't care. The carpet was crunchy and there were holes in it, our ac did not work.
