Trash was left under the sink prior to my visit. Maintenance came knocking on my door about 9 am to tell me that the trash I bagged outside my hotel door "we have a trash disposal convenient for ...." There was NO need for the disturbance. All else was well.

The staff was good.

We had to change rooms twice because some rooms smelled of smoke and mildew and they were non smoking rooms.

It was conveniently close to restaurants and the mall.

The fan for the heater/A/C was very noisy. The cold water in the bathroom was warm, almost hot. No other complaints.

Convenient location, easy to get to. Very friendly staff. Quiet place, except for the A/C fan. Reasonable price.

Elevator was broken, and I have a disability, my room was on the ,3rd floor, so had to walk up 4 flight of stairs. My husband had to help me take step by step. The ice machines were broken as well. The breakfast was grab ,& go, but was gone way before 8am. The clerk apologized the whole time we were checking in, which took forever & then you have to give and extra 100$ so they can put on hold in case you destroy something, like an insurance. Lastly, my toilet got stopped up.

I couldn't pay by cash, that was bad, it was debited from my credit card. The breakfast wasn't good, just snacks and coffee. The washing machines was expensive

In 19 days, they only cleaned the room once, even after asking for a cleaning after 8 days.

The app said breakfast included. It was a grab and go granola bar, not breakfast. Also, we had to bring down our dirty towels to get clean replacements. Not the staffs fault but very poor hotel etiquette.

We were never able to locate a luggage cart until the morning that we checked out, and even then, it was after we had made 5 trips carrying everything down to our car. The cart was so small, I would have had to make at least 3 trips with it, as compared to all the other hotels whereas everything could be loaded in one trip. Also, no ice machine on the property.

The staff was exceptional (Gigi). She assisted us with some problems we had when making our booking. She always welcomed us by our first names, and wished us safe travels when we left. She was very approachable and we felt comfortable when we discussed our traveling journey. Gigi was very friendly and personable

Well let's see in the room that I stayed in there was rust on the fridge. The are crackes in the bathtub and a hole in there too The room smelled like butt The bed are not the sizes that they are I had to wait 3 hrs to get 2 plates 2 forks a spatula and a pan. And the annoying dog that barked all day and all night. I am an animal owner too and had my dog with me and he was over it too

Nothing major - miss the hot breakfasts(but I also know that comes with an increase in room cost) and maybe a bit better pillows; but the pillows I had did not affect my sleep one little bit.

Super convenient location. Staff is outstanding!!! The rooms are set up very nice for someone having to spend an extended stay in a hotel.

No chair, just the beds. I like to relax in bed so no big deal-- but it's an extended stay hotel so that's weird. No privacy without shutting the curtains, but since they are blackout curtains you choose between night and day. We were on the ground floor facing the parking lot. Can you add some sheers? Sheets were a soft fabric, which is nice except they were wearing a bit thin. I understand the need to keep track of cookware and dishes so people don't go walking off with anything, but I would have preferred not to ask for so much as a cup to drink with or a spoon to eat with. FYI he cupboards are bare on arrival. We didn't cook there, so we just used our own plastic from restaurant takeout. I have arthritis and taking baths helps. The place was generally clean, except when you get in the tub you see where it has been neglected over a long period. The underside of the fixtures looked icky. The drain and metal drain plug looked rusty. The bar over the soap dish had scum and black mildew. Made me want to shower instead. It needed a deep clean. I could have complained, but I didn't. Take a shower, don't look. Finally, whoever was upstairs got up at 4am each night. Their footsteps were VERY noisy. I am generally not one to complain, and I appreciate how vinyl flooring is cleaner than carpet-- but the ceiling echoed. We usually ask for the top floor, but it was last minute and so upper rooms were not available. That's ok since it was 108 outside. I was happy to be on the ground floor anyway, so the A/C wouldn't have such a workout.

Gigi at the front desk is as warm as sunshine! She went out of her way to make sure we felt welcome and that we understood everything about the hotel, including their amenities and policies. This is an extended stay hotel, so often people DO stay longer than our 2 nights. She cheerfully greeted each guest by name as they came and went, and asked them if everything was ok. She greeted staff the same way, asking how they were doing like she actually cared about them, and I could tell from the brief conversation that she really knows the people there. Yet she was also very professional, attending to her responsibilities very carefully. I felt like I had a friend I could trust there. Being a stranger in Waco, having her there all evening each night really helped me feel comfortable. The room smelled like it had just been well cleaned a with a nice smelling disinfectant, kind of like lemon Mr Clean. The kitchen setup was good. We stayed there for the full size refrigerator because my husband travels with injectable medication that must be kept cold, and we needed a real freezer for the blue ice packs. It worked well. Microwave worked fine. It was hot as he'll outside and the AC worked very well!!

They offer a grab and go breakfast and it would have been nice to have a few more options for the bagged breakfast and possibly offered a bit earlier.

Traveling for work and this hotel was close to the location. They offer kitchenettes, which definitely helps when you’re working construction.
