The manager took care of us when there was an error on the booking site. He made sure we received the correct room.

Facilities of the hotel are limited. No real breakfast and no pleasant lounge area. But we could do without.

Excellent location for my purpose, working at INSEAD business campus on 5 minutes walk. Big room, excellent bed and shower. Kind staff and good service. Wonderful rooftop bar.

The parking situation. There were 2 cars with my room and I was not told in advance that valet only allowed 1 car per room.

The room was fine but bland (nothing at all on the walls) and only one desk chair so although a limited breakfast is available by room service, there is nowhere you can eat it. Very nice well designed bathroom. Everything worked (or didn’t in our case) via a tablet - all lights either on or off as a result. This was rather frustrating. We reported this at checkout but the person at the desk just uttered, “Oh, sorry.” Tip for drivers - unless the Giants are playing a game at Oracle, there is very reasonable parking via Spot Hero at 153 Townsend, literally adjacent to the Via (instead of the $70 per night valet charge).

The location across from Oracle Park, where the SF Giants play, is great. Nice restaurants in the neighborhood, which is important as there is very limited food at the hotel, although the roof terrace looked very nice and serves some from 4-11 pm.

Parking is very expensive. Coffee maker in room didn't operate well but they did provide coffee in the lobby. Lighting in bathroom is really dim. Rooftop bar could be nice but they were having St. Patrick's party when we were there so it was loud and crowded.

Quiet room. Nice basic amenities -- nice mattress and shower.

Entrance to the property is in an alley which is a bit difficult to find at first. Only room service option for breakfast.

The room was nice and clean, little shop in the lobby with snacks and drinks, good location in the city.

The location is perfect for sporting events and food trucks! It is quiet and tucked away with a beautiful view of Oracle Park and the water from the room. I also loved valet, so quick and they took excellent care of our car.

Lighting in bathroom was dark, didn’t care for the open shower concept.

Room was immaculate and facilities. Loved espresso machine, fridge, and lighted magnifying mirror. Rooftop bar was an added bonus.

The TV console was coated with dust and looked like it and the coffee area had never been cleaned.

They gave us early check in even though we arrived at 8 am. We initially asked to store luggage until check in but they gave us our rooms instead. So pleased! Our room was right next to the elevator but the rooms are so well insulated, we never heard a sound.

The rooftop always seems to be closed for private events. I’ve stayed here on multiple occasions & it’s always closed. They shouldn’t advertise that the property has a rooftop when it’s only available for private events.

Next door to family members. Close to everything and transportation was outside the door. Wonderful location.

Rooftop bar was closed for private party - this was a big draw for us so very disappointed. The ground floor bar that was open did not have a wine list or cocktail list. When I inquired about wine they pointed to their shelves. When I identified a sparkling that I would like they responded "sorry it's not chilled". Also, didn't open until 4:00 pm.

Quiet room - tough to find in this busy city! Nice bed, great shower. Front desk very helpful. Great location for the Chase Center. We were able to walk back to the hotel after the show.

For as much as the room cost there could be a couple of bottles of water. The mattress was too soft for my liking.

The room was clean and had plenty of outlets. The rooftop bar was a nice place to hangout for a few hours before the concert.
