You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Housekeeping - 4 people in a room, only provided 2 towels each time. Had to always go to front desk to get more towels. No laundry on site even though stated! Pool was closed for 95% of duration of our trip - by the time it opened we no longer had 'rest' days to use it. The wardrobe in our room had the most horrific smell and we were unable to use it. The room smelt mouldy.
Front desk staff were helpful and respectful. Breakfast lady (shorter one) was amazing! Great with my children and such a good help. Breakfast was good, had a nice variety.

The breakfast was fine but I didn't know you couldn't take it to go which is fine but it was embarrassing when I tried to go with my breakfast instead but if you're reading this now you know lol.
everything was fine including the free breakfast, now the room was smoke free but they were still some people on the balcony smoking stuff that I don't like but not in their rooms so I can't really complain. Would definitely stay there again.

The vents to the bathroom were full of dirt and lint and the floors looked like they were never mopped ever..towels that were supposedly clean when brought were actually stained also

The bed I slept on was very noisy and kept moving like the bed was already broken or something. A random guy knocked on our door at 2 am and kept knocking. I was scared for my child and myself. Nobody came into our room to clean it when it was part of our stay.
It was very close to all the places we wanted to go. Our room was close to the pool which was great.

Never received promised full-service cleaning, even though it was entered by the front desk staff. There doesn't seem to be any security and the element walking around the hotel is very scary, especially if you are traveling alone. The WIFI is very poor and if you are traveling for work, it's bad and non-secure. There is only one light in the room, which makes it very dark, and the iron was not working and leaked all over my clothes and the floor. The hotel is very outdated, and a bit run down. With the competition in the area, and the condition of the hotel, they may want to consider lower their prices.

The nastiest place I ever stayed. The carpet was disgustingly dirty that when you walked barefoot your feet stained black. The red mold in the bathroom tiles and curtains super visible. You get what you pay for, cheap and that’s it. Not saying here again.
