Bed was good but too hard and gave my wife a back ache. The breakfast was only ok as it was over IE: taken away just before 9:00AM as I arrived at that time and all but the oatmeal and yogurt had been put away. Part of the decision making process to stay there was to have a breakfast before hitting the road and my wife did not get any so no visit next time at this location unless this aspect is upgraded to be until 9:30 at least.

The shower was quite good. At breakfast, the coffee and Oatmeal was ok and the yogurt was good. The check in process was quick and easy. The facilities are clean and appear to be looked after.

Room looked clean at first glance but after moving the night stand slightly to gain access to an outlet a dirty rag was found. The whole building smelt musty and the fan in the bathroom was covering in what appeared to be mold. Breakfast had a poor selection: cereal, out meal, coffee cakes, coffee, yogurt.

Location was good, lots of restaurants and gas stations on the same street! Room looked like the pictures. Good place to stay for a night during a road trip but i wouldn’t have stayed longer than that.

There was no access to our room from the parking lot that was reasonably convenient with heavy luggage, given that my husband has mobility issues and walks with a cane. Our room was near the back of the building, and there was parking back there, but there was no cover from the cold pelting rain, and there was a flight of about five or six steps up to the back door! Coming in after dark in the rain, we felt we had to come in through the lobby, which took two trips with all our luggage and then our two small dogs. This wasn't the fault of the staff--the facility just was not set up to be easily accessible for people with a lot of luggage and mobility challenges. Because a number of other people came in a the same time, I felt anxious and embarrassed that we were taking so long to unload, and taking up space others needed, too, to unload and come in.

The beds were very comfortable, with clean sheets and a light blanket. The towels were clean and fluffy. There was a very nice minifridge with separate freezer in our room, which we really appreciated. We are on a long road trip, so being able to keep food and ice cold enough overnight is helpful.

Please provide suitable attire to front staff! Come on!!!! Sweatshirts with holes on staff at front desk!! First appearances are key to feeling safe in a strange place. Big beard could get a trim!! We are not in the woods herd.

Basic but fine for a night enroute. Clean ,comfy bed , No wait for check in. Staff friendly. Very convenient to the highway. Restaurants close by esp McDonald’s for bfast
