It is in need of lots of upgrade. The door to my room was so hard to open & close. We had to push really really hard to get it open and it made such a loud noise. The shower is tiny…barely holds 1 person.

I love the huge bathtub and that there is a balcony for the room. Bed was comfy and pillows are fluffy too. Even though it was old & run down, it was clean.

Bathroom sink drain was broken, could not use the sink since the stopper was stuck shut and underneath sink was apart. Very low water pressure for shower and filling up tub.

Wall morter construction bumpy and seems a bit aesthetically dated - giving the illusion of a less clean room, even though the room walls were objectively well cleaned AND well maintained. RE the bumpy walls, I suspect it will have looked this way at the time of organial construction so on the bright side it doesn't look touched by time in a wear and tear sense). It was in otherwise fine condition, just a well maintained building showing its construction style which I found less restfull than say plain smooth walls.

For context, I stayed here two nights when attending a wedding (as a guest) about 20 mims drive away from the motel. Very good room sizes. Very good inroom reception support. Good range of bathroom supplies. Price was very very compelling. Excellent value for money for my two night stay. Good as a buisiness-trip stay motel. Staff were excellent and accomodating. Lots of parking (I think the most number of parking spaces per room I have ever seen at any hotel in my life). Mattress was comfy, sheets were good, pillows were a tad firm for my liking - but I got two good nights sleep on both nights, so overall a good bed setup for the price.

I sort of feel like the front desk staff is watching you like a hawk. The breakfast could have been better in choices. The room needed to be vacuumed and mopped honestly.

The room was huge and it had a cute little patio. The location is right off the highway and that's very convenient.

The first room they gave us was not clean, so they switched us to another room, which was on the 3rd floor but the elevator was not working and being of age, walking up 3 flight of stairs with luggage is not easy.

The room was newly renovated, and I love the balcony. The bed is comfortable. The set up is nice.

Stair cases were a little uncomfortable; elevator could need some dusting and even though room was very clean, the somewhat “outdoorsy” entry to the room rendered discomfort.

Great delivery for price; found room comfortable and very clean! Staff very friendly and eager to assist! Great location with Gloucester outlets 2 miles down the street and great logistical infrastructure to many destinations.

At the time the elevator was out of service but it was repair the following day, the sorrounding areas in the parking could be better maintained but overall the place was decent and noise keep to a minimum.

I like the room not having a rug, the flooring was very good and helped keeping the room clean, having a balcony was verry good especially looking into the pool, too bad is not summer but I can imaging during summer days this will be a great room to have. The free breakfast was very good with plenty of choices to pick from and the area was very clean and organize. I had a great time here and would deffinitely come back again.
