Had a full small kitchen in unit but no crockery or cutlery or pots and pans so not sure why it was there the bathroom sink was situated in the bedroom and had to use the laundry and although was grateful they had one the machines were very dirty

The floors were filthy, with hair and dirt everywhere. After showering, our feet were nearly black with dirt within minutes. There was black hair in the tub and in the corners of the floor.

The door looked like it had been kicked in at some point and they made minimal provisions to repair it. Not a huge concern as we only used the room to sleep before heading back to Phoenix. They were only supposed to put a"temporary" $100 hold on my credit card. I questioned the actual physical charge on my account upon checkout. When I politely questioned the front desk, the ladies at the front were very short and snippy about it. After about a week, the charge was still there. I had to call again about the charge and in a rude tone was informed it would take several business days. My concern is what if I hadn't been checking my credit card balance/usage? How many others have been ripped off? I eventually got my credit back in the end. Way too much time and energy for something that could've easily been avoided and rectified much sooner. I won't stay there again.

The room with a kitchenette was nice. It was clean and the full size refrigerator would be nice on the event my stay was longer.

It was okay. I understand they were going through renovations, but a better sign posted would have been helpful.

I was just a little confused on the motel 6 and studio 6. They are changing name and renovating. So I had to go to the other building next door after asking a stranger where to check in.

Though it was newly remodeled, it is very bare bones. No carpet, no pictures on the wall, one chair and a table, with a small TV hung on the wall. BARE! Also the A/C in our room didn't work. We got in late, and tried to call the office to report it, and though we had just been there to check in no one answered. It was a little warm, but tolerable. We were super tired ,and just went to bed.

We didn't have breakfast there. I don't think they have it. It apparently has been recently remodeled. It has been set up to be an extended stay location so it had a neat kitchenette . It was clean, and the bed was comfortable.

Housekeeping. I asked upon arrival and called two more times on different days for housekeeping to sweep/mop floors (remodeling is currently being done on all the rooms and my new hotel room has dirt, cement, grit on the floors. Our feet get very dirty and we had to put a towel between the beds to wipe our feet before getting into bed) housekeeping never came. If u want towels for your room, you have to hunt housekeeping down to get them or go to the front office. When we asked for more towels, we asked housekeeping why they haven’t cleaned our room (explained how we requested housekeeping 3 separate days) we were told that the owner is supposed to the clean rooms. I’m a regular traveler at this location. This hotel is the cheapest regarding having a kitchen to cook food for anyone looking to stay a week or longer. Other hotels are way too expensive. I like that they allow pets. I just recently returned from Phoenix last Tuesday and was informed that they just started a new policy of 100 deposit if u stay less a week and 200 if u stay for a week or longer. I definitely cannot afford this new deposit policy. Don’t know what to do now.

Location is great for FMC travelers.

Thought we were getting a room in the pics advertised but we're actually being placed in second set of units going through renovation. Kind of sketchy with what seemed like workers living out of vehicles. Beds were springy, carpets were somewhat damp.

The worst thing was that the sheets were VISIBLY UNCLEAN. If the sheets were clean and if the room didn't stink, I would've rated this an 8/10 experience. The parking lot was dark. Several people hanging around cars. We were worried about our belongings in our vehicles all night.

We stayed there for 3 days and what can I say… After handing the employee 100 dollars in cash for the deposit, we received our room cards and went to our assigned room. Opening the door left us speechless, as there was dirt all over the place with filthy bedsheets and a trash can filled with leftovers. We went back to the front desk, demanding a new room which resulted in the exact same experience. Filth all over the place, bad smell, black hairs in the sink and shower.. Our first night was interesting, as there were several people outside the building smoking pot. This continued for the next nights. During our entire stay we’ve never felt safe. Spooky place. Funniest part by far was the kitchen situation. After asking about the equipment, as promised while booking, we received a box full of dirty pans and pots which we should use to cook. But hey, at least we were given some paper plates and plastic dishes after asking about those missing items.. comedy gold. We went to the nearest Walmart, purchasing plates, dishes and all the essentials for cooking, as well as lemon flavoured wipes to clean the entire floor and fight the bad smell. Ar the end, we didn’t cook once, because it was just disgusting. The smell and dirt made it unbearable to cook and eat. Best thing by far was checking out, leaving this place and never ever coming back.
