Fan in bathroom was broken, the fire alarm was falsely pulled 3 times throughout the night, and there was cat fur in the room.

We’ve stayed here several times and it’s usually quiet but this time there were alot of people being loud and partying all night long. The smoke/carbon monoxide dectectors were going off randomly one even woke me up at 3 am . I’m assuming this was happening because my neighbors next door seemed to be geeking out (the ones that were being loud and partying all night) on meth. I also didn’t like that when I checked in they told me I need to only use towels for personal use because appearantly on a previous stay I didn’t. I am assuming they mentioned this because one time I stayed here and had used a towel after washing my face and got a some makeup on it. This seems like a silly thing to bring up when you have people like I’ve mentioned before destroying your hotel. I doubt I’ll ever book here again.

Cement steps to rooms (4 floors) were in a dangerous state of disrepair. Two of the steps were crumbling with another having half completely broken off. This constitutes a very real risk of injury when going to/from your room especially at night due to the poor lighting. Bare minimum of blankets and pillows provided. Refrigerator in room was unplugged upon arrival and did not cool down to a food safe temperature until the next day. Furniture was of the cheapest plywood variety. Showing signs of wear and pealing. Water pressure in shower was abysmal.

Rooms was clean. Bed was comfortable enough but nothing to write home about. AC worked fine. TV worked fine.

The noise from the adjoining room, paper thin walls, hard chairs, dog food on floor in bathroom, bathroom door too close to toilet & didn't shut, bottom of bathroom door all chewed up, very small bathroom...

Good location...glad they got me a room on the 1st floor by the front door as requested...the shower was nice...

The manager was a horrible woman. The only time she smiled at me was when she told me I couldn't pay for another night, they were sold out. She charged me 75$ "deposit", for incidentals, when I told her that I had a dog. For what? For towels, poop, pee... My dog does not mess in the house. I asked how and when would my deposit be returned to me? "The day u check out". I asked if she would walk with me to check out existing damages so that we both know what's already there... "We know the condition of the room." I saw her later after I checked in, and asked if I should take pictures of the prior damage... broken window, razor blade marks on furniture, some glue... 'We know the condition of the room." I didn't damage or steal any towels, my dog left no mess or damage. Where's my deposit? A man with kids was charged a larger deposit when he checked in, just before me...this woman is ripping people off who can't afford a nicer hotel. I'm disgusted with her. I wasn't allowed to leave my dog alone in the room, it was super hot outside, but I followed the rules and took him with me to work. She should honor their end and return my 75$, in good faith and honesty. I was not treated like a guest at all by her. Her hospitality level is about even with a prison guard. The rest of the staff was great.
