Needs updating. Especially the bathroom. No chairs provided for balcony. No extra blankets in the room. It wasn't worth $227 for one night.

The smell of smoke was very strong

Room and hall reeked of smoke. Worn, old and tired.

The hotel was meant to be non-smoking. The halls and rooms reeked of smoke. We arrived late after a long drive, and so we stayed, but the next day, we packed up our stuff and left a day early. Told the desk clerk the room smelt awful, he did offer to have staff come do an air freshing treatment but we didn't want to stay. When I said no, he didn't seem to care. We lost our second night's stay but we couldn't spend another night. We left the area and found another hotel, and my husband noted he couldn't sleep in his pj's bc they smelled of smoke. Would not recommend this hotel unless you are a smoker and smoke doesn't bother you. We also suspect we smelled Marijuana in the hall when we first arrived. The room, hall, and stairs were old, worn, and tired. The handle of the door into the hall to our room was sticky.

I stayed 2 nights the first night the tv didn’t work I was told I’d be given a discount by thee guy who worked that night I booked a room for the next day and the guy wasn’t working after he informed he would there was no manager and nothing was ever done mind you I paid $180 the first night and the very next night it only costed $120 so I was confused about that as well

Front desk staff was practically non-existent on check-in. Though it was night time, it took a few hails to get someone to come check me in. While availability, location and room comfort were OK, the advertised 'breakfast' was nothing more than a baggie containing what looked like croissants, a yogurt and a small juice box given to me by the front desk. The breakfast facilities were shut down and closed, with nowhere to sit other than a small table which was effectively in the lobby. Maybe this was due to covid, but I'm not a freakin' school kid. Covid restrictions have been lifted or eased by competitors, so HoJo should take heed.

The availability of rooms was good. This location is near my place of business, so its location was good. The room was comfortable, though the decor seems somewhat dated.

Location is dirty. There’s garbage all over the property. As soon as you walk in you’re greeted with a penetrating cigarette/Marijuana smell. I wouldn’t stay at this location with my family.

I'm guessing that they are doing renovation because lots of old beds in hallway. Soda and water machines was working. Had to get dressed and go find a store to get something to drink.

The location was good and room was clean. The desk clerk was very nice and friendly. He did all he could to help with our stay.

Nothing. There were folk walking around the property looking at you like you were a ghost. The hotel couldn't provide you with any of the basics, eg, they gave you a fork to eat the yogurt.

The location was acceptable but the continental breakfast was behind the front desk and you never got to pick what you wanted.

the carpet was outdated. area was sketchy. front desk service was just okay. definitely not worth $126/ night. car felt unsafe in parking lot & music blasting out the windows. front desk was also hard to get to.

the sheets were clean thank Goodness and the TV worked. the decor had a retro mid century vibe which was cool.

No elevator yet i had my baby in the stroller and bags so going up and down the steps i had to keep asking for assistance.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Neil was extremely helpful to me. Also the room was very clean, i could tell my beddings were brand new and the microwave was so clean it looked like im the first person using it.

Unfortunately, there was no breakfast that will be served at this location. So, the "Free Breakfast" is either a farce or because of Covid-19. Please, Booking.com, Inform either the management or sales of HO-JO that it's a down right lying to say they serve breakfast on the Booking. com. I was taken back that my Military Retiree card did not suffice as a form of Government Identification from the desk clerk. I'm a military veteran and served with distinguished honors to have it been dismissed. If this is HO-JO's policy to have any military card as a primary form of ID, please let me know and I will ensure that ALL veterans won't bothersome ANY Ho-JOs establishment of our measly IDs. Booking.com- please establish a notification of "Non-Friendly to Veterans" banner so veterans, military members will seek hotel/motels who are more appreciative of our service and sacrifices.

The Wi-fi. The 4 walls and the roof over my head. Electricity and a shower. No Frills Hotel...yet, the night's still young. Stay Bat toon folks.

I've been here several times before in the past. however, that was then this is now good luck! the place has went down! There was a mattress in the hallway there was also trash out back and we found a roach on the bed and one running in the bathroom .

The price was nice. The location was nice and there is a Dollar Tree store right next door for your shopping convenience.

It was very unsafe. Outside door leading to rooms was broken and anyone could have gone in. The key card door to the hallway opened with or without a key card. Flimsy locks on balcony. Overpowering smell of deodorizer throughout the rooms and building. Trash thrown from neighboring balconies. Fire exit directions listed the wrong room. Severe water damage on ceiling with possible mold.

The stairs to the second floor looked dirty, and behind them was some sort of cabinet, the top of which had dirt and dust and litter. An easy fix. Vintage places can look shabby pretty easily.

This is a retro feel HoJo’s. My room was clean and comfortable. Great parking. Easy in/out. Really nice gentleman at desk.

Sandy is very rude kept putting me in rooms that had bed bugs and did not accommodate me for the stay so I got my money back I can't believe the way I was treated and I've been going here for 16 years unbelievable

The fact that I got woken up out my sleep because of a picture frame came falling down , that was pretty scary stuff 5 in the morning. Haha but that’s about it nobody’s fault … very lose screw
