There wasn't enough sitting room during breakfast. The pool had to hot tubs one was but didn't give bubbles. Both of them were small and hard to get into as there was a strange slant and irregular steps.

The room was brightly decorated and very clean and inviting. The staff was welcoming with an evening reception. The morning options were incredible and varied.

My credit card information was stolen after staying in this hotel. To my surprise, there was a fraudulent charge of ~$600 on my card by another Wyndham hotel located in Kansas City even though I have not yet visited that city and never stayed in that hotel. I had to cancel my card through the bank because of that. It caused me a lot of stress.

Good location as it is walking distance to downtown Rapid City. Breakfast is ok, but I wish they varied the menu daily. The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious.

Furniture in room pretty dated and a mix of styles (old and new) that made it feel a bit messy. Breakfast was ok but super busy and therefore also became messy quick. (Even though the staff was lovely and tried their best to keep things clean, just too many people at once)

There was no milk for coffee or cereal. Eggs and sausages were sort of artificial. There was no bar or restaurant on property.

Room was clean and decent size, had all necessary things in the room and bathroom. Hotel stuff were all good. For breakfast only waffle & pancake machines were good. There is a pool and hot tubs, which are decent. Hotel is 10-15 minutes' walk to the Presidents Walk and to the Main Street where all restaurants and bars are. Most stores and galleries are closed at 5:30pm

We were missing 2 pillows from our room, front tried to not find any for the family of 4. Head house keeper came through. I booked the suite for 4 people we needed those pillows. One hot tub didn't work. No fan in bathroom

The bed and pool were nice. The confort of thr mattress was great. Nice quiet night there. Breakfast wasn't bad. The drinks at 6 were a nice ides. Head house keeper came through for us.

The service got sloppier the longer you stayed. day 3 TV wasnt working - channels were lagging and staticy screens- Towels were not replaced and there were 3 of us so not enough towels to start (2 sets)

We visited on a busier weekend with an event in town. The water system on the hotel had a hard time keeping up with hot water demands. At 8 AM the shower had a hard time warming up and stayed lukewarm. We woke up earlier the next day (before 7 AM ) and were able to have hot water. The water pressure in the shower could also be a little better, but over all the stay was great.

Great breakfast and friendly staff. The room, common areas and parking area felt clean. Great location - it's between Downtown and a small shopping area near Kohl's and Best Buy. Getting to the other shopping areas was easy due to the hotels close location to an exit on the interstate.

The pool was not clean, the water was so cloudy you could not see the bottom. I would not go in. The hot tubs were not hot, just warm. The dials on the wall did not help.

We spent only one night in this hotel on our way to Yellowstone. Perfect location. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds and pillows, rooms were clean. Free parking.
