Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I'm not sure how to change this. But the wind was so strong and sooooo loud. It's was like monsters were attacking the tent lol. And the fan in the roof of the tent looked secure but the clanking from the wind made me wonder if it was going to fall because the wind was blowing so hard.
We loved the tent and bed and decor. It was super comfy.

They have security code for each doors. (room, bathroom, kitchen) But no light at security botton. So I have to turn on the ligh after sunset.

We got the 2 bedroom apartment for a family visit and found it to.be super tiny. Not recommended if you are more than 3 people The bathroom was clogged and we couldn't use it, had to go.to.the bathhouse The room gathered dust and wasn't cleaned thoroughly
The location is good, just outside of the main street in Moab The shared kitchen and bathhouse were really nice

Communal bathroom showers didn't have doors, only shower curtains, all good as long as no one felt like peeping!

My cottage was relatively close to Highway. If you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. But, traffic is light at night and it won’t bother you if you’re a good sleeper.
Clean, spacious. Nice cottages. Plenty of amenities. Prompt help when I locked myself out very early am on a Sat.

When arriving at 8pm there were no towels. The customer help number that was listed on the check in paperwork took you to a voicemail that said it was HTR but we couldn't get ahold of anyone to help us get towels. The lodge residence was also getting confused for the communal kitchen, so we had 6-8 different people trying to get into our unit by trying codes, waiting by the see through glass door and knocking throughout the night. Mostly frustrating that we couldn't get ahold of anyone that worked there. We were finally able to get ahold of the manager by finding another number listed on the office door. Kim made things right and got us everything we needed.
The staff made what would have been a terrible stay into a great one. Kim was pleasant and understanding and made things right. The lodge looked really nice and it was very comfortable. The large bathtub was great, after we finally got towels to use it.

Water in the shower could be just slightly more hot. Otherwise a reasonably priced, clean place close to Arches NP!

Could have used a little table under the mirror for getting ready and one by the bed, but there isn't much room for that. We made do. Overall, it was a really great place.
Cute little tiny house. Very dog-friendly. Good location to reach Arches and Island in the Sky. Staff is very friendly.

I loved everything
I absolutely loved the set up on the loft cabins the stove and the long hot water for the showers. I felt like I was at home. Stunning view and staff was very nice. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. I will be back for sure.

Staff are nonexistent/not available. Check in is self check in and is not secure. Anyone could just get access to my room code if they looked through the envelopes the staff put out for guests to retrieve themselves on an honor system. I also did not feel very secure in the women’s bathroom considering anyone staying in the property including male visitors have the code to unlock the bathroom, and the shower stalls have only flimsy curtains to shield the showered from view of others walking by. Plus the absence of staff made me worried that if something happened to me, no one would be there to help me.
Bed was comfortable, showers were hot.
