The rooms need a little help… updating… painting… the floor was a little spongy

The room was tiny and needs to be refreshed at some point. The sink was rusty and the walls had a couple stains, also just didn't look very appealing. Everything seems a bit old in general. The AC was super loud and it was a bit noisy sometimes.

It was a cute lovely hotel with friendly staff and a great location. It was easy to rent bikes which made exploring the island super easy. Even though it was super expensive especially considering the price performance ratio, it was still cheaper compared to other hotels in Key West. The breakfast wasn't special but okay, also we got free coffee/ hot chocolate / tea all day. Besides that, there was a happy hour with white and red wine, nuts, cheese and crackers for free, which was a great snack option! The two pools were clean and there was a hot tub as well. The area felt safe and was super close to the Duval Street, which was a must-visit- lime pie highly recommended! It took us 15min by bike to get to the beautiful Smathers Beach, also highly recommended and the best beach we've seen in Key West! The Zachary beach was a 30 min walk but not recommended- very rocky, not for free, smells fishy. All in all, an okay hotel but great if your priority is exploring the area!

Couldn't control the temp in the rooms. The temp WAS comfortable for most, but I am always cold and love the warm air in the keys with less ac. Most folks would LOVE that the rooms were kept cool, but I on the outside of normal on that one:)

The staff hands down, they are all fantastic, friendly and helpful. Beds and rooms were super clean and comfy . Pool and hot tub area was beautiful.

There was no fan in the bathroom and it was not cleaned thoroughly. Also the air conditioning was not the best.

Our room was perfect. Small but a closet for storage and a "bonus space" with the mini fridge and desk two chairs. Pools were very pretty and well maintained. Pool that was supposed to be heated was not as heated as we would have liked but enjoyable nonetheless. Perfect location. We walked everywhere. Everything is very clean and well maintained. We did not have the breakfast or the happy hour so I cannot comment on that. We will DEFINITELY stay again for the price. If youre looking for the Ritz dont come to Key West at all lol. These buildings are old. It's part of the charm!!!!

Room size was TINY. No place to store anything, shelving, floors were warped and rotted underneath. Lamps didn't work well and rusted. Not the value expected

Window air conditioner lacking. Breakfast was lacking. Waffles/breads/bagels/toast/yogurt was OK but breakfast lacked protein. Staff not always present at the front desk and long wait for service.

Room very quiet. Water pressure in shower great. Pool/hot tub nice. Staff courteous and helpful w local information. Great location. Good wine and cheese happy hour. Free daily bottled water was much appreciated. Adults only environment great.

Staff were appalling. Street in front of guest house was closed for road works. Not their fault but they should have informed guests. Parking a problem and getting bags to the guest house not easy. Rooms were old and tired and in need of upgrade

House had that typical Key West Old style and just what we were looking for. Position perfect!

There was construction and the road to get to the front of the hotel was blocked and had to park down the street just to get to front desk then was told by the hotel that I could not park on property due to construction which is understandable so I had to park down the street . If an email had been sent telling me this info I would have not stayed at this location.

Bathroom was terribly small. No storage in bathroom for personal items. Door would not close all the way. Also, construction right out our front window. Should’ve been told prior to arrival that construction was ongoing
