The only thing I didn’t like was the pillows, I found them uncomfortable for me personally but other than that, can’t fault it.

The location is absolutely stunning with beautiful views. The room was more spacious than I thought it’d be and I didn’t realise they had a cabin with water, ice, snacks etc which was super convenient. Staff were really friendly and helpful as I had car issues.

There was no soap anywhere in the cabin and at that point the desk help was gone. It was for one night and I had hand sanitizer but how could there be no soap available.

Cute, quaint cabin and appreciate the late evening help to check in. We saw a coyote not too far away early the next morning (minding its own business). How magical

The restaurant closes at 17:30. There are no eating or drinking facilities after this time. There appears to be a zero alcohol policy. There are no other options close by to eat.

Location and views from the cabin are amazing.

Sounds sad I know when surrounded by such beauty, but once it got dark there wasn't much to do other than talk to each other lol

The cabin was just beautiful. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Was very clean and comfy. What a view!!!!

A sign needs to be out by the Zipline sign at the turn off. I had no idea where it was located and had no service to find it on my phone. We specifically needed a shower without a tub for handicap accessibility. The shower we had was accessible, but the seat built into the shower was so slippery that it really isn’t usable.

Our cabin was very clean. The mattresses were EXCELLENT. WE SLEPT VERY WELL.

For the most part the cabin provided basic sleeping accommodations. However, on our full first day, my wife and daughter started suffering from allergies from all of the dog hair was in the room. We discovered on the first money and had to request a broom from the check in desk to sweep and clean the cabin. We did not realize they had pet free rooms cabin at the property until after we had cleaned the cabin a little better.

The location provides some of the most beautiful scenery I have ever seen.

Mix up on the reservation. Grand Canyon staff member told me on the phone they could switch us to the two bedroom cabin. Got there and found that was not correct.

Quick walk to a gorgeous, cliff side view of the Grand Canyon. Watched the sun rise and the sun set from the cliff at the end of the trail. Sunset was the best.

There were no wall hooks or hangers in the closet and a larger table to eat at would have been practical.

The view and proximity of the canyon was fantastic. A couple of lovely and easy hiking trails on the property that lead to the edges of the canyon and offer great views and scenic photo ops. Cabin was clean and cozy with a very comfortable bed. Air con/heating wall unit worked well and instant hot water in shower. We could see the canyon from our bed.

The only thing that did not make my stay perfect, was that there is no restaurant options. As you are in a remote place, there is nothing around to eat, so it would be great if they have at least a very basic restaurant.

Location is great. Very close to the Grand Canyon Park. The views are great. The cottage is clean and very comfortable. Space is great. Check in was fast and the staff was very friendly

If trying to see the stars , there's alot of lights off main buildings washing out from new cabins. The old cabins are blocked from those lights but there the older ones in need of renovation. Needs more trail light /path light for when driving in after dark. But no big deal

Morning views overlooking grand canyon. Sunsets over the mountains and plains in background. Has a awesome breakfast in the adjacent restaurant, you gotta grab the fry bread. And lunch was good too, get the fry bread again. 5min ride to the grand canyon west entrance for Skywalk and busses. Weardly the busses won't drive here, the tell you to drive here, it's "stop 3 on grand canyon west tour". Has 2 hiking trails to go down. One short and sweet . Other like 2 hours but we'll worth it for the views. Used to be horse drawn wagon rides. But covid killed that. Hope they bring it back soon Cabins were super cozy and clean. Had easy to log on wifi so didn't care if no TV in units (apparently people leave when realizing no tv). We just got on Netflix the one night we got in early. Rest of time we were tired from all the exploration of grand canyon.
