The room was very clean, Starbucks coffee & Lipton tea bags were a plus and are provided in the room. We also had a concert view right from our room.. we ended up knowing who the singer was which made our stay even better!! Also the shampoo, conditioner, and lotion was not bad at all I loved the smell of it. The TV channels offered on demand channels for free which helped a lot with my two year old she loves her bluey & Mickey Mouse clubhouse. The pool was so nice , the garden view is beautiful they have talking parrots(it said hi to us so I’m assuming they talk lol) and beautiful gold fish on the property, my daughter was amazed. We also got to enjoy the view of the boat dock, overall book the room!! Totally worth it

They were redoing the pool bar ….. pool is still open but always love grabbing a drink at the pool & it was closed for construction. Pool was still nice!

I always enjoy staying here. The junior suite was very nice for two people one in the king size bed one in the pullout couch. I loved how our junior suite had a balcony that overlooked the stage for shows. There wasn’t a show going on but the view from there was beautiful over the concert grass looking at the boats, really enjoyed it. our beds were very comfortable. Birds were neat. Loud but neat!! Bike rental was great!

The cost caught me off guard as I booked the room for $179 and it ended up being well over $225 which seems a bit misleading. Other than that no compliants.

We went because my daughter attended a concert. We had an amazing time. Love the location and how clean and modern the hotel looked like

Great Comfy rooms in wonderfully area near harbor and many restaurants. 20 min from gaslamp and good pub with live music.

I loved EVERYTHING about our stay. The atmosphere felt like we were on a tropical resort. You could actually just stay on site and have an Amazing time with the pool, hot tub, live band, and restaurant with the marina view

The resort fee. We are seniors and never use the pool or other amenities. It did give us a small discount at the restaruant, but it was less than the resort fee. Very low light in the main bedroom.

Love the little patio, being across the street from the water, and the great walk behind the hotel along the marina--wonderful location! The separate coffee station with fridge and microwave is really nice--with a bright light above. Very nice large bathroom. The hotel staff are really welcoming and friendly. Just a really nice hotel.

Pillows are lumpy and coffee in the lobby would be appreciated. As well cream in room fridge should be provided.

The grounds are beautiful. Nice pool area to relax as well as fire pits- gas. The reception staff were very nice at both check in and out and were very quick to respond to our concerns- all were addressed in a timely and courteous manner.
