The front desk agent. My husband said his sausage was cold.

It took the front desk agent well over an hour to come to the desk. Me and my husband actually left went and got dinner came back and still sat on the little picnic chair next to the fountain for another 15 mins before the lady came. We called several times and that is what eventually made her appear. She never gave a legitimate excuse... The room was good and clean. Outside is a little noisy. For our event a great location.

Not anything that could be controlled by hotel but slim choices on places to eat. The bed had a tin rattling sound when lying down or turning over, kept thinking it was thundering outside.

Location was easy on and off the interstate. Room was very well maintained and clean and seemed to be a restoration ongoing. Staff was polite and courteous. Breakfast was more than expected.

The bed was NOT comfortable it was noisy, and the carpet needed to be shampooing . The price was DEFINITELY not worth it at all.

The beds were a little uncomfortable but the pillows were great. The bathroom was okay but could be re-caulked, ceiling tiles put into place, shower was handicapped and was a little dirty looking on the floor, otherwise it was updated, nice counters, shower wall etc, you obviously can't regulate the type of people who stay there and the walls are thin but it wasn't terribly loud. Good value for the price.

The staff was very kind, the shower pressure was amazing and the pillows were great. It was overall clean with the normal stains on the carpet and a smell of smoke, I feel like that's inevitable in these hotels unfortunately. It was good for the value, very well lit, good location, lots of security cameras.

Check in required me to stand out in the cold and pass items through a slotted window. It took a while and I got chilled. Not a friendly way to start a visit.

The check out experience was much nicer than the check in. Breakfast was good, and we left on a good note.

Was woken up to someone coming in my room cutting off the door latch with bolt cutters thinking we left in the middle of the night. If the latch was closed, clearly not. He didn't even apologize

The staff, she was very accommodating. She made me feel secure traveling with 3 kids and staying at a motel, I typically stay at a hotel so I was a little distressed when I realized that I booked this room.

the 1st room we were given was smelling so badly of cigarette smoke and the door wouldn’t shut all the way. I believe that area was where construction workers stayed.

The refrigerator in room 106 just kept making an awful noise for the four days that I stayed there and one of the people that clean your room tried to enter my room one morning when I had my do not disturb sign on my door and scared the crap out of me

I give it a 3/5 stars. my boyfriend and I stayed 1/30-2/3 2022. I would like to note that it could’ve gotten a higher score but the room I was posted in ( 131 )was beside the housekeeping room. So we heard them pushing carts back and forth all morning long. And our first morning we were woken up by a leaf blower! in February!!! There were no leaves and the parking lot itself was mainly free of garbage! So why?? We were not informed that there would be any landscaping going on. It was very loud and continue to go at least on our side of the building for over a half an hour! It would have been nice to have been informed ahead of time. And when we addressed this to the front all they said was “well he’s not on your side anymore.” This was very upsetting. Mind you my boyfriend and I work second shift so we are not awake at 730/8 in the morning thats mid sleep for us. When we asked that housekeeping come back at a later time, they never showed. For the whole stay we did not get any house keeping service and had to get towels from the front which always was answered with attitude. My last stay before this was so much better service And so much more peace and quiet. The room itself was really good. Bed very comfy and shower was perfect. The WiFi kept disconnecting but there were several other guests so I definitely do not hold a grudge for that. It’s expected. I do hope the next time I’ll have a better experience
