Parking was not adequate. There was a festival occurring downtown and this was probably a contributor.

Location isn't great for walking. Also the breakfast ran out of a lot of things pretty early.

Hotel was very modern, clean, and the room was excellent. The room itself, I'd give five stars. Nice bathroom, clean bed, big TV, comfy sofa. Staff were pleasant and polite.

I would’ve loved if the toilet and shower area were combined. It was kind of annoying to walk back and forth but it isn’t a huge deal.

The breakfast was ok. Better than most hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The staff was very nice.

Parking was a little confusing as most was behind the facility but not enough to render any negative toward the property.

Location was great...located close to downtown...Had major highways close by that are easy to access. Complimentary breakfast was good along with a nice, comfortable setting for eating. Clean and very up to date. Rooms had plenty of space to relax and enjoy your stay!

The rooms need more detailed cleaning and all linens should be washed prior to a new guest checking in. We found blood stains & bodily looking fluid substances and had to be moved upon checking in

Wish they let you know of extra charge at check in for incidentals.. the price is still pending for way more than price promised on booking. I hope all that extra money drops off, we barely used the room or got it dirty. Beware of this charge and be prepared.

I didn't like the fact that I booked the room online for 827$ cause I reserved 2 rooms but the staff charged me 920$ once I got there .so I don't if was a holding fee but yeah I didn't not like that .

Sofa not as clean as the rest of the room. Not dirty per se but I guess dinghy. Air didn’t get as cool as my wife wanted it but that could have been the size of the room. Drains were slow. Nit picking I guess.

The location was excellent. 10 minute walk from the Von Braun Center. The room was spacious. Separate toilet and shower areas was a plus. The staff was fantastic. The breakfast was very good for a free continental breakfast. The price was a little cheaper than some of the nearby hotels. Fridge and microwave also. Closet was nice and large.

The side where the coach was in my room wasn't working the entire weekend. We would turn on the lights and then they would go off by itself and not turn back on when we tried to turn it on. Also, the light after several tries would automatically turn on around 3 or 4 in the morning and then wake us up because it was so bright. Front desk was notified on the last day because only because of the convention I was attending I knew things were very hectic.

We almost ran out of toilet paper. I didn't realize we had to go downstairs to get more towels when we used the ones we had. No one came in to clean the room until we left.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff was great when it came to checking in and checking out. They also answered any questions I had. It was easy to get to. I was able to check in early. The gentleman at the desk told me that they were ready for us to check in early due to the state wrestling tournament. Check in was very easy. The hotel was secure because you had to use the room key to get in and out of doors except for the front entrance.

The bathtub had some mold in it. Mirrors in toilet area are not helpful in getting ready.

The layout of the room was good. It was nice having a couch with a trundle bed instead of a rollaway or crummy pull out couch. Having a separate toilet area from the shower, made it easier for everyone to get ready.
