Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

New ZealandFood and drinks in the restaurant was expensive, they added a “kitchen tax” to each bill, even though we only had a couple of drinks. We found a brewery bar a few blocks away with excellent food and drinks which were far more reasonably priced and better selection.
Breakfast was very good. Bed extremely comfortable.

United States of AmericaI received $30 credit from the front desk due to an error and I couldn’t buy a nice coffee plot the bar. Only black coffee. They wouldn’t make me an latte or cappuccino. I had to pay with my own money for that. The credit was only good for the basic items.
Rooms were nice and lobby was clean and busy

United States of AmericaNothing that i can think of.
The hotel is in the prime location. The coffee shops and eateries are right around the corner. The gym was spacious with all equipments and i had an awesome time staying. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness which i am too concerned about everywhere i go. They even held my medications as there was no refrigeration in the hotel room, for me to come back down and get it every time i needed to take one.

United States of AmericaThe condition is so loud, you cannot sleep. They give us a room under fitness center and we could hear how people are training. The view was to another hotel window, so I could see what people were doing there (without my wish). The lobby is super small. So generally the hotel is ok, but maybe 3,5-4 stars maximum
The property is ok, but not a 5 star hotel. It’s kind of new and clean

AustriaI wanted to open the windows to get some fresh air, but this was not possible. They are locked
The hotel is located in the downtown area, easily accessible from the Union Station (15-20 mins walking, or Uber). The room was comfortable and quiet.

SloveniaThe main issue was loud (kids?) smashing doors at 10-11 p.m., I sense it was some bigger family jumping between rooms. Then noise going through walls if someone was listening to music at 11 p.m.- 1 a.m. This was kinda repeating behavior for the last week of my stay. The laundry was a bit overpriced for expectations but fulfilled needs. Windows wasn't insulated enough if there were loud cars going on at night on the street.
Onboarding was super nice, with clean rooms each day, and the gym has a wide variety of equipment. Liked location of hotel which was on the spot in downtown

MexicoThey don't have parking! It's absurd. We had to park on the street and also valet parking was super expensive. Also my reservation wasn't found. Fortunately for us, the lady in the lobby was super nice and gave us a complimentary room. It's supposed that Booking is going to take care of it but I haven't received an answer from neither booking or the hotel.
The location was great and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.

United States of AmericaThe valet parking is costly - $59.
The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown. The staff was exceptionally helpful and always wore a smile! The room was spacious, lovely, and spotlessly clean. Plus, the popcorn machine in the lobby every evening was a delightful touch!

CanadaParking is pricey and they only offer valet but plenty of paid parking garages on same street as hotel.
Location was convenient with many breakfast places nearby and convenient stores if needed. Room was spacious and clean. Loved the extra wee things like the sensor dimmed light when walked into the loo during the night, hairdryer, chaise in room by window and toiletries.

United States of AmericaOnly negative was the blinking light on the smoke detector over the bed, which is bright and noticeable. Flashes every few seconds 24/7. Surprising design flaw.
Extremely functional and comfortable room designed for how people travel in 2024. A built-in to put your suitcase on, coat hooks on the wall, desk, large bathroom, great lighting in both room and bathroom (lighted mirror). Bed was very comfortable and sheets high quality. Walkable to everything you’d want to do in DT Denver.
