We had to go around block to find where we were supposed to go for valet. It wasn't obvious. One more thing, our channel on the TV kept changing to another channel for some reason?

Room way too big. Wasted space that I don't really use. No amenities at all (?) On the first day room cleaning did not come - I don't particularly mind but just curious to note. A bit too expensive.

We waited an hour past check in for room to be ready.. vouchers for breakfast wasn’t given to me. Valet is a mess!!

Great location for the stadium and shopping. Very nice and friendly staff at all levels. Parking was easy with valet parking with an app for ease.

I did not like that the bathroom mirror was broken off the wall, and I did not like that I did not get a room on a higher floor (4th floor) also the closest ice machine was on the 5th floor.

There is no free parking or discounted parking for guests. The only available option is valet parking for $40 per day!

The location is very good. Clean hotel. Just behind the shopping mall and in walking distance to the Sacramento River front. Many eatery places nearby.

Friendly staff. Great beds. Spacious room. Perfect location. Hotel was well prepared for the Ironman event with early breakfast, transport and bike allowance in the room (i love that)

Did not appreciate the hidden fees. 1. Occupancy tax. 2. City of Sac tourism assessment 3. CA Tourism Assessment. 4. Sac Tourism Infrastructure. 5. Destination Fee. 6. All totaled, my final bill was $114.71 higher than the accommodation quote.

parking, no place to hang toiletry bags in bathroom, no mirror by window desk area, nobody came to clean the room or offer fresh towels. 2 small paper coffee cups for a 2 night stay with 2 people didn’t work. only 2 k cups as well.

location and esthetic. nice bar. would’ve been better if they didn’t have an incidental and had fans everywhere blowing 24/7. but accidents happen.

The parking situation. The self-parking garage was not available for use so had to use Valet parking. I thought the cost was very high for a “city” view (not a good view and loud cars and shouting) throughout the night.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was super clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

stopped selling food to early. Also I was told that I would receive a receipt to my email at checkout and I didn't. I noticed charges to my credit card which I was unsure of and I called the hotel. The person who answered was rude and told me I should have received a receipt from Booking since they didn't have my email. I asked her why didn't the person who told me they were gonna send me a receipt let me know they didn't have my email. I gave it to her and she sent to me. Still not clear on charge that are not on receipt.

It was very close to the basketball stadium. We went to Sacramento to attend the Kings game.
