There is only one thing that was left to be desired and that was the hot water. The shower was absolutely beautiful but the water wasn't hot enough. It just took a while to heat up enough for me.

Checked in late, about 11pm, we were so tired from a long drive and we just wanted check in to go smoothly. We pulled up, the valet attendant instantly greeted us and went to get us a luggage cart. He helped us load our luggage and he was so nice. Also valet parking was only $45 per night with in and out privileges which was great! Going inside to the lobby we were greeted by the receptionist and the security guard! Both were so friendly and they made check in super easy and fast. Then the security guard even took our luggage cart and helped us all the way to our room on the 7th floor! The night security guard was so sweet to us and I really wish I remembered his name. On our way up to our floor he told us what all was around the hotel and he even told us where we could take our dog outside. Very pet friendly! There's a doggy relief area right across the street. The next morning we went to breakfast and it was wonderful! Tasted amazing! Overall, absolutely wonderful staff, especially at night!! It was super clean, smelled great and the rooms were amazing. The bed was also so comfortable I never wanted to leave it lol. The views were also really wonderful! I've been to Atlanta a few times and I've been to different hotels because I never really found anything I was wowed by. This hotel is 100% my go to hotel from now on. I really recommend staying here.

We didn't get the same experience. There was a smelly fan that permeated the hallway on our floor and the when coming down to breakfast... half of it wasn't set up. If you expect me to check out by 12 on your schedule.... give me my GD FULL breakfast on my schedule (based on when u say it will be available to eat... no milk for 30 minutes to eat my cereal.. no fruit... no orange juice; just apple juice and I'm allergic). Also, the lost and found (if you truly have one) could be more helpful (basing this on a visit a year ago and was given the runaround over the phone and this visit I inquired and suddenly they could just walk down the hall to check)?!?!

Close to venue for concert we were attending. Stayed here before and though we'd get the same great experience.

I purchased on line, but they charged extra for valet parking 🤨 . Im ok to pay 💰 but if they were mentioned at the beginning i dont mind they should be clear on it. They also withhold an ($ 100 ) as a deposit🤔 that’s weird because was not a house I did my purchase for 153.46 and at the end i paid 198.46 Guy at front desk was not friendly and i understand he was alone, taking phone calls, customers 👍 So hotel is good but if you want to make a reservation be aware on price

Really liked it. But the rooms good. But the bathroom was dated and had many dings. Shower was hard to figure out. But the breakfast was great ( as long as they didn’t run out ). Early the better. Overall excellent breakfast. And staff was excellent.

We waited for about 10 minutes to checkin because there was no one at the front desk at 10pm. Besides, the pressure of the shower was ridiculously low. Also, the parking is way too overpriced - $45 per day for spots out in the open.

The location for this hotel was perfect. Less than a 10 minute walk to either Georgia Acquarium and Coco Cola Musuem along with other restaurants and parks. The breakfast was nicely set up with plenty of options.

Excellent location to Ga State Bar we were to attend and The Ga Aquarium which we visited. Staff were great and the facilities were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

The shower wasn’t that great. The water pressure was low and inconsistent with the hot and cold. The valet wasn’t mentioned at all. So it was a pricy expense that was unexpected. I did not see “free parking” anywhere. The remote for the tv was old and didn’t work like it said it should, being able to access tv apps ect.

The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Being able to adjust the temperature of the room. House keeping was consistent.
