Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe room door didn't seem to lock properly nor did the bathroom door latch work to lock the door. Also, the bathroom sink had low water pressure. The hotel was airing out the lobby area, so it was somewhat hard to hear the staff at the main desk when checking in and out.

United States of AmericaBreakfast was good but someone from the staff approached one of the kids and told them that they were eating too much and to stop eating which I found very rude. Unfortunately I only found out about it on the road and not while I was still at the hotel.

United States of AmericaI wish it was a little closer to more attractions.
I liked how nice the staff was and the value of the room for the money. The beds were very comfortable and breakfast was a great addition to the day.

United States of AmericaPaying to park the vehicle, that’s extremely expensive just to park a car then to read the sign and it says you are NOT responsible for theft, that’s a downer for anyone. Yes that was some discussed at breakfast upon some of the guests
The stay was ok, I was just worrying about the parking, the parking is just to expensive, we already had to pay for the room and walk everywhere to get to where we wanted to go, the parking shouldn’t be that expensive, there should be places to park where you don’t charge.

United States of AmericaValet parking was a bit expensive. The hotel was a bit pricey too, but still cheaper than other nearby options. Breakfast food was okay, but not great.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect. It was walking distance to the main things we wanted to do.

United States of AmericaPrice is a little high for age of hotel. Bathroom door didn’t lock )not a huge problem since it was family) but could be awkward if your in there and someone opens door. Faucet too close to back of sink making hand washing awkward too.
Location and staff. Security officer was top notch!!!! Can’t speak highly enough about him. He assisted with take out options and directions when front desk staff were busy with other customers and he was exceptional at keeping out unwanted guests while making everyone feel comfortable.

United States of AmericaParking was expensive and a nightclub across the street made for a difficult night’s sleep. Ask for a room that is not facing the pool and you should not be able to hear the noise.
Property was very clean and very close to all of the downtown attractions. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

United States of AmericaWe were told food was available at the bar in the evening hours, but when we planned to eat dinner at the hotel Sunday evening, we were told they do not serve food at the bar on Sunday. So we had to order pizza, which was delicious! If you visit this hotel, we recommend ordering from DaVinci’s pizza!
The pool area was very nice! Our room was very clean and comfortable.

United States of AmericaParking. Waited for valet for quite a while but also the parking itself is horrible. Cars are blocked in. Breakfast. It was great over the weekend but the week days the quality goes down. I get that the volume of guests may decline after the weekend but that is evident in the quality of care. Cleaning. We had a family suite so the minimum of linen leaves alot to be desired. At any given point we only had 3 towels and no washcloths being replenished. There was also a ball of hair on the kitchen floor when we arrived.
Check-in was so-so. The gentleman was nice but talked so low I could barely hear him. The room was great and spacious.

United States of AmericaNothing really to complain. There is a very run down building right next to the hotel and the salvation army is right behind it. So there were some questionable folks. We saw the ambulance twice there on 2 days. But that has nothing to do with the hotel.
It's right next to the Aquarium. The rooms are nice and we had a good view (pool side). You have a coffee machine, microwave and fridge in the room which is very convenient. The breakfast is complimentary and has a good variety. They offer a bar and food in the evening.

United States of AmericaI didn’t like the location so much and I definitely didn’t like that we paid $45 for our vehicle to be parked on the street all night. We came back from dinner at 9ish and the valet employee said to leave the car in line and it would be parked. At no point did anyone mention that the street curb was proper valet parking. Had we known that, we could’ve paid $15 and parked down the street in public parking. The valet manager did apologize and comped the parking fee but it still left me uneasy that our car was not in the parking lot all night. If that’s going to be the case, they should tell you up front. Also, when our car was discovered on the street, I asked the lady at the front desk for a manager and she told me they don’t come in until 11 (it was 9 at the time). I asked a few different times for a manager or a phone number to one and she kept saying they wouldn’t be until 11. 10 min later I watched a manager walk out of an office and stopped and asked if he was a manager and if he had been there and he said yes. Maybe they should check before saying no one is available. All in all it was a good stay and I would probably stay again now that I know to ask questions about the parking.
Breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel. View couldn’t be beat. Shower was amazing!
