Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I couldn't get the thermostat to push out heat. I did inform the front desk upon my departure!
The staff I encountered were amazing! They were friendly and respectful! Check in was swift and easy. The beautiful young lady, at the counter, had a calm and patient voice! I felt very welcomed! She was kind enough to get me a downstairs suite! (I am handicapped) She explained how to get to my suite and when breakfast was served. Upon check out time, another beautiful young lady greeted me. She too had such a soft and respectful voice. She had an unusual name! This young lady pursued me out of the office to give me a card. I had mistakenly given her my clipper card. I was truly grateful! The suite itself was very beautiful and clean!

The temperature in the room was hard to set and it was very hot , had to ask front desk to send maintenance to try and fix. Maintenance gentleman came and was able to reset and the temperature got better.
it was open and had good amenities.. basketball court, pool, nice breakfast set up.

Room getting a little worn. Toilet ran all night and I had to get up and play with the guts. Ice maker didn't work. Surprised about parking fee.
Very spacious, good breakfast. Location great for our trip.

A bit old and rundown, especially the furniture. No free parking to customers.
Very good location, secured, quiet and easily accessible. Came with breakfast.

The breakfast options were pretty bland but, it’s included!
The location was nice, very quiet and secluded. The room we had came with a kitchen, while traveling with kids, its necessary.

Rooms weren’t cleaned very well. Lots of tears in carpet and first night we couldn’t find the remote. Found it sticking out from under a chair. That means they didn’t vacuum there. Trash left in cupboards.
The two room suite was perfect for our extended stay. Very comfortable beds.

Front of house Ruby gave us an early check in, which was very much appreciated. She was attentive and friendly throughout our stay. Thank you Ruby! Love the 24/7 self service hot coffee and tea at the reception.

The walls are a but thin, but we didn't experience any major issues.
Very nice customer service, clean and well-apponted room. Breakfast options were tasty and well-supplied. We needed a few extra items and got quick, helpful service.

The property is quite old. It feels like living in the 90s. We used stay in a guesthouse like this when I was in a school. The property was nice overall. The carpets could have been cleaner
The property is quite nice and peaceful. However it is quite old. The room was cleaned regularly. All the appliances were working properly. I didn't find any disturbance. It was a peaceful stay.

The sofa was very uncomfortable to sleep on, you could feel every spring in the mattress but the bed in master room was very comfortable

Not very new
Well positioned with the pricing, not too far from the airport or the city. Breakfast was pretty decent. They have pool and gym too

Shower lining could be changed, looked a little rough
Great breakfast, wonderful large hotel rooms with separate bedrooms. Staff was accommodating, parking was close, value was definitely there for what you get in the hotel stay.

The smell inside the room. I like the room itself but just smell if it totally the turn off not sure what is it some kind off nasty smell . Somebody must to spill something inside really bad not smoking smell tho.

There was nothing I didn’t like
Just what a home away from home should be , very clean and comfortable. Great staff, very friendly. I ordered some extra towels and they promptly brought them to us. Breakfast was great along with the kitchen staff!! Customer service was great overall !! Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant!!
