I was charged for a bottle of water after the stay that we did not use and never saw an invoice for it until it showed up on my credit card. I call the hotel and went into the manager’s voice mail. Never heard back from them and left 3 more messages to the manager and they never returned my call. I then went to the front desk person by phone (2x) and they have tried to credit my credit card. So as of right now, I am waiting to see if the credit shows up. My biggest issue is the manager does not return calls and is never available. Let’s see if the credit shows up. The stay was April 6&7 and it is now April 24. How long should I wait for a response? How many times do I need to follow up. Sad. This is a nice place to stay

I was given a room that was the farther away from the front desk but the hotel was not filled to capacity.

Breakfast buffet, location, price and cleanliness. Room size and layout are perfect for my situation.

See the comment in the above box. By the time I got to breakfast at 8:45 the food was minimal no eggs left.

It was close to the hospital my husband needed to be at. We were stuck at the other end of the hotel which was quite a ways from the dinning area. Pillow were half the size they should have been. Clean but not impeccable there were damage areas in the kitchen that should be repaired

Kids were running around for hours in the hallways.

The people staying there which couldn't be helped. There were kids constantly running through the halls and in the room above until late hours. On the morning of checkout 2/18 there were people in the hallway going through their things. Not in their room.

The best part of the stay: - All staff we interacted with at the front desk and lounge - Continental breakfast👌🏽 - comfortable beds The "less best part" of the stay The heater/ac unit in every room is built in the wall (not the problem) and when it goes on (often enough to notice the frequency) it is very loud! Example of how loud? We have to raise volume on TV from volume 15 (which is average to quiet) up to 45 to hear it is being said. We had 2 rooms (4 people) and the loudness woke us all up (in both rooms) during our 4 night stay. I know this may be cost intensive but looking into a quieter system and we'd have nothing to say. We visit the area often and have always stayed at the Hyatt House (always stayed at the other one that closed on Rte22) and stayed at this one for the 1st time. We are debating whether we will look for alternatives in the area next time (next month) All constructive criticism coming from a good place!🙌🏽🙏🏼

The furniture where the TV was situated was too heavy to push so the sofa bed could not be opened all of the way. It was very late when this discovery was made.

The hotel lounge was spacious & could accommodate diners & social drinkers comfortably. The kitchen area was well-stocked for cooking/eating in. The layout of the bathroom & the body wash-shampoo-conditioner dispensers were great. The closet space was a good combination of shelving and hanging space. It was fairly quiet even with outside social gathering at the pool.

A king bed would have been nice. The sound of closing doors was very loud and penetrated our room. Included breakfast was delicious..no bacon though..

The facilities were very good and modern. This was a studio and it was well equipped and very clean..if in the area again i will definitely come back. The coffee maker did not have the filter needed to brew the coffee.

Room was good, clean, tidy, and quiet. All the facilities that you need. I stayed for 4 nights. My room was on first floor. The breakfast was basic, but quite tasty.
