No matter what setting the room thermostate was set on. Only heat came out and wouldnt shut off. I set room temperature to 72. Woke up super early and room was 86°! Tried to change thermostate to cool mode. Still heat. Had to open up both windows in middle of winter to cool room down. Plus I could see the air filters havent been changed in months. Evidently they do not do any preventative maintence or check to make sure every thing in every room is functioning properly. Last room the shower drain was plugged. My helper for work stayed in another room. His first room the unit had no cold water at any of the taps and shower. Only Hot water!

Cable didn’t work. When I asked about it was told cable guy would be there in the morning. Left around 11:30. Still didn’t work. I had 4 kids with us and they were not happy. The bathroom and shower facilities were disgusting. They didn’t even look like they were cleaned. Floors were not vacuumed, couldn’t let the 1 year old crawl around. All the kids were miserable which led to the whole stay being unsatisfactory. And room had a dingy smell. We didn’t use showers. Afraid to! The only thing that looked clean was the beds. Dishes weren’t washed properly, and oven was dirty with old food.

Absolutely nothing! I WANT A FULL REFUND!!!!! How can management let anyone stay in a place like this. If this is considered cleanliness to you. You’re absolutely insane.

Was worn out for the price, never had any maid service, carpet was stained and fraying in parts of room, common area around back of elevators were cluttered with people putting out garbage and used towels. Terrible ambiance

We moved into a room that had not been dusted vacuumed or cleaned. The kitchen was disgusting. Dirty fingerprints on the fridge dirty glasses in the cupboard and a filthy dirty coffee maker. We immediately asked for a new room. No. Cleaning never

The property haven't been well maintained, lack of maintenance, the pool was dirty, problems of maintenance in the toilet 🚽 and in the shower, the shower was clog with hair and the toilet sit miss a bolt and nut it was loose they never came to fix it , we contact the property management by email never reply the email.The property didn't have the air conditioner working on the hallway, smell of growing mold because of that, I got upper respiratory sickness and have to start allergies medication.The employees at the customer service counter, not friendly or help at all except the one that check me out overnight.

The location was great, close to restaurants, grocery stores, quiet area. The Hyatt house floor plans are great. The service and kindness of the kitchen , breakfast area employees we're great.

Breakfast area and seats themselves were very cramped and poorly layed out; floor of room sagged/bounced when walked on; paint and other finishes started showing considerable wear; entrance for disabled person was partially non operating; having to pay for parking appears to be ploy to increase income for hotel

Asked for early check in. Only 1 room was ready T 1pm. The other wasn’t ready till after 5 and we’re far away from the rest of the family. Didn’t have room service.

Pretty much everything else! We unfortunately had to change rooms 3 separate times. Each room that we were relocated to was worse than the last. The issues spanned from massively unclean rooms, to broken front door handles that don't properly latch unless you used some "umph" to further ensure that the door is actually latched and closed [which most definitely compromised our safety], to leaking refrigerators, to the wall anchors of the shelf unit inside of the closet being completely compromised and very unsafe to use. There is a very pungent, foul odor on the third floor. Possibly from the apparent water damage, or mold / mildew that you could visibly see in the ceiling tiles. There are multiple hallway / above door room lights that are burnt out and makes part of the hallway visibly darker. The heater in the pool was broken, so the pool was extremely cold. They are currently awaiting the part. The hot tub temperature was a bit cooler than you would expect, and definitely needed to be both scrubbed and cleaned. The fire pit was inactive or inoperable for whatever reason unbeknownst to us. The grill was inactive / inoperable because they are currently awaiting a part to allot for proper usage. One of the luggage carts has a flat tire. They are currently awaiting the replacement. Needless to say, the list goes on, but, that's the overall grave gist of it all.

The breakfast was decent, and there was a very nice square footage of grass and trees for my service dog to utilize.

The property is rundown and dirty. Our room had a hole in the wall behind the door. There was no bedding in the room for the sofa sleeper.

Everything, the room was dirty, the pool was out of commission, it had a smell. There was black mold in the shower.

Didn't seem like a Hyatt at all ... Beds were uncomfortable and the top sheet felt like a scratchy window curtain. Pull out beds do not come with a blanket or a pillow...?? Very strange. Pool and hot tub were closed so not able to comment on those. Shower head was cheap like in budget hotels and door wouldn't stay closed which made the floor wet. Paid parking doesn't make any sense for the area. Also not located in the Tech Center but in Centennial. Seems like a marketing gimmick. Not worth the price of the rooms.

Target is a short walk away as are some fast food places.
