Parking wasn’t included with the stay. After 9 it was difficult reaching the front desk and getting additional towels and sheets.

The fact that the pool heater was broken, so one of the main reasons why we chose this hotel wasn't even available to us, and having to pay extra for parking when most other hotels in the area have free parking. The motion sensitive bathroom light that lit up the whole bathroom area because the bed was right across from the bathroom. Why not just have to use the switch? Then you can slide the door closed before turning on the light so that others aren't woken up hen you use the bathroom.

Excellent location. Very comfortable bed and nice sized room with a kitchenette. Lots of room for all of our belongings and for getting ready and chilling in the room. The breakfast was pretty standard but good.

The front desk customer service is really bad, no co-operation! When we asked for compensation as the swimming pool didn't work. They didn't want to give us anything. Finally, after explaining to the supervisor that we actually paid for the hotel to enjoy the facility, including the pool, we received a free meal at the restaurant, we have told that we can order any meal from the menu. On the next day, when we wanted to use the voucher and order dinner, Samantha Marielle said that we could order only pizza or chicken wings as they had the luck of stuff in the kitchen. And this isn't what we have been told from the beginning. Also, there are not enough people to serve the kitchen during breakfast time. There was a long line up, and only one person, Maria (who works alone), serves 200 people, running around sweating, trying to serve everyone. (Rediculas how the owners are trying to save money).

The hotel is clean and close to Mall of America, very convenient. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

Only stayed one night and can't think of anything I didn't like.

I loved how clean the room and facility were. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was good. Parking was $15 for a one night stay. Notice many families staying at the facility. Loved the dining area and the small kitchen area in the room.

Pool area was a mess with no towels. They really needed two people at the front desk for check in. I booked online then was surprised with a parking fee when I checked in. The bathroom light clicked on every time I turned in bed.

Breakfast was good with a variety. The bed was very comfortable. Rooms were nicely updated and clean. Very close to the Mall

The staff was ok at best. Restaurant/bar staff was great but the front desk and breakfast staff were inattentive and not helpful. They never told me about the free shuttle, I learned that from other travelers. The breakfast was often empty with no refills and no one in sight to assist.

The property was clean and well maintained. Location was good, easy to get to and close to the mall.

The main thing that stopped me from giving a higher rating was that there was not a hot tub, I missed that when I booked the room, and was very disappointed when I got down to the pool area & found no hot tub…. ☹️

Breakfast was hot and pretty good, could have used some more seasoning or cheese & onions for better taste, was very bland and basic…

No towels at pool

Breakfast was so so. Good was empty. We arrived in room at 915. No bagels. Eggs or potatoes. They were working on getting food out. Person at front desk told us a few times. Was jot able to find any napkins. The sausage you are using was the worst I have had. I took one bite and had to spit it out. Had no taste. Not sure what you are using. Was awful
