In room coffee station was not completely stocked. Being an early riser I could not enjoy coffee in my room before it was available in the breakfast bar.

I was unaware of the $10 per day parking fee when making the reservation. Also, the hallways of the hotel smelled strongly of various recreational substances, and our room had a bit of a chemical/cleaning product smell to it as well.

The suite was comfortable and large. When we discovered a problem with our first room upon checking in (a condensing/leaking HVAC vent above the door), the front desk was quick to switch us to a new room. The bed and pillows were the perfect level of firm/soft, and the shower got nice and hot.

The hvac unit in the room was superrrrr loud and we had to blast the tv to hear it. We didn’t want to bother neighbors so we just didn’t watch a movie that we wanted to. Also, when on 73 it was blowing cold air. The eggs at breakfast were crumbly and cold. Yuck.

Parking fee. We booked on bookings and were not aware of $10 fee to keep car overnight. Three friends coming from different areas and cost extra $30. There is plenty of parking. Absurd.

Sheets were not replaced when we got to the room. We checked in pretty late and the front desk did get us new sheets even though housekeeping was not there. That was great. The hotel also put a hold on the credit card and didn’t tell me so I paid that trip twice mistakenly. That communication would have been appreciated. Of course the credit works itself out in the end, but didn’t need the uncertainty about finances. As a business owner these details are important to me. This location could be the place to stay with a couple of small adjustments.

The suite was nice, stocked, and the beds were super comfortable. The free breakfast is above and beyond for the location and the bar/ restaurant area is lovely as well. I would recommend this location.

It would’ve been nice to have bacon on the breakfast buffet. There was a large bleach stain on the carpet in front of our door. Our room wasn’t cleaned on Christmas Day.

We like the room layout, the kitchenette is great for preparing food and not having to eat out, so much. Complimentary breakfast is full of many tasty choices and the gym amenity is good to use with free time. The bathroom set up and counters, make for nice space sharing.

We love staying here! This time was a little rough. There was a partial power outage one day and the elevators didn't work the next day. We're not young so 3 flights of stairs was a little rough. Breakfast is normally great. This time, not so much. Our room and service was terrific, as usual. We'll be back. Stuff happens, no reason to rush to judgment and abandon a resource that has served us well on multiple occasions for over 5 years.

We stayed 2 nights. No one serviced our room with housekeeping the second day of our stay. There were no extra blankets or pillows in our room for the pull out couch. There was no hand washing soap provided at the bathroom sink.

I made reservations through Booking.com and was under the impression that the suits had 4 beds available. The suits only had three beds and there was nothing else available so we had to make due. I was offered a credit of $99.00 toward future stays. The cafeteria staff is not very friendly, I think that aside from serving the breakfast food a good morning greeting and a smile would go a long way.

The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and I like the new shampoo and soap dispensers.

From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. We usually stay at the Hilton Home2 suites...they did not have a pool that was in service,their loss....PLEASANTLY SURPRISED with Hyatt and will be staying at other locations. The staff was amazing and more than willing to help with anything!The room was super spacious,my kids(9/8)loved it ! The breakfast was very good. My kids loved everything especially the pool!

Window treatments were a little rough looking. Could use some repairs as the floor in the kitchen were coming up and separated. The dishwasher was broken, but I didn't realize until we loaded it up with dirty dishes. Told the front desk at check out, and she said ok, they'll take care of it. Have to be honest, the hot breakfast and coffee were not the best. Had to eat the cereal. We had also ordered from the bar one night. It was terrible. it seemed like it was microwaved food. Don't get the fresh fries!

Room was nice and big! Nice TV, room stayed well air-conditioned. Walkin shower and linens nice. Bed was comfortable, nice pool outdoor area, kitchen well stocked with glasses, silverware and etc. Shampoo and conditioner was actually good. Bartender was nice! Check in process easy.
