You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

CanadaPerhaps you could have some gluten free options. On of our travel guests is gluten free and there were not any gluten free options for them.
It was sufficient, enough variety to please most palettes. Staff was very diligent about replenishing food.

United States of AmericaNot all blinds worked in room. Very light at night. Beds low and not comfy. Called before booking to see if they had shuttle. Was told yes within three miles. Great! That cuts UBER prices so I booked. DID NOT! Shuttle only to hospitals. Central reservations messed up there.

United States of AmericaThe pool said “closed for the season” however the website says open year round. We were very disappointed the pool was closed considering it was 90 degrees out. Additionally the pictures of the kitchen condo rooms shows a full size fridge but our room only had a mini fridge. The website lists that the rooms have toasters but they do not. Just feel as though there was some false advertising

United States of AmericaWe could hear neighboring rooms when they opened/closed their window shades. Never any talking or tvs but the shades were really loud, sounded like the ones in our room were being opened. It was strange. Late at night we could also very clearly hear doors opening and closing in the hallway. Just not very sound proof rooms. The tv also lost signal for a long time and there was no vent in the bathroom. Lastly, Uber rides added up as they are not walking distance to Broadway (30min walk).
Check in was easy. It wasn’t busy so accessing elevators, breakfast and the lobby restrooms were fast and easy. They have a 24hr snack/drink area which helped on out first night there. They also held our bags after check-out since our flight was later in the evening.

CanadaOur room safe didn’t work A couple of days in to our stay we noticed that our room door was able to be opened from the outside without a key. Maintenance came quickly and fixed it, but we had the same issue later that day. Maintenance was gone for the day by the time we noticed it the second time. The staff responded quickly by moving us to an upgraded suite at no charge.

I liked that it was a close to downtown Nashville without being in the crazy of it. It was only a 5-6 minute Lyft ride away. Complimentary Breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was wonderful.

United States of AmericaPerfect place to spend 5 days! Loved our suite, great size and layout, clean and very quiet. Our king bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection and tasted good. Loved the bar and happy hour. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We walked to and from Broadway everyday, it’s a hike but doable. Would definitely recommend staying here.
