Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThey initially gave me an occupied, uncleanned room. They gave me another room, comped the parking but there was a light post outside of the window with a very bright light that shineed into the room all night. The breakfast buffet,as usual, had unsupervised children creating a questionable dining experience. With all that I works stay again because I believe they aim to please.

When asked for accommodations they were on it. Needing extra pans to cook with needing extra blankets and pillows. Very friendly staff. Front desk is awesome they are quick to help you. Maintenance was quick to bring us the things we asked for to our room. I highly recommend staying here when looking for a home away from home. Kitchenette was perfect.

United States of AmericaNo hot tubat the pool. 😔 No omelettes with the breakfast, and i’d heard so much about the amazing omelettes! 😔. That was a disappointment. Should have known about that at time of reservation, or been given some reduced rate since it was not known til we showed up for breakfast that Saturday morning.
We loved the special suite with the two queen beds, kitchen, and living room. Extra spacious and also comfy.

United States of AmericaI do not agree with paying extra to park as if I didn’t just pay all that money to stay at the hotel to begin with I also don’t like all the extra unnecessary fees that’s just made up into the stay.
Everything was near the hotel as far as something to eat and the Levi’s stadium so that was prefect

United States of AmericaUnfortunately the cook called in sick, so no food available at the bar that night. Luckily, Denny's is mere steps away for a quick bite.
Free airport shuttle is extremely appreciated; simple to book via front desk. Super friendly staff. Beautiful huge modern room with kitchen, living room, giant bathroom, and comfortable bedroom. Super clean.

United States of AmericaIt was my first time at the hotel and after checking in I asked the front desk person in what direction to go in to reach my room. He responded that he couldn’t say because other people were around? I found that weird but considerate I guess? I told him I don’t mind that other people were around. He told me to use the elevator and so I asked where the elevator was since it was my first time there to which he annoyingly pointed in the direction of the elevator. That kind of made my first interaction/arrival to the hotel sour. My only complaint about the room was that the bathroom sliding door was extremely hard to open. I had to call my boyfriend to come and open it for me so we no longer used it for the rest of the night. I could see this being a problem if you plan on sharing a room with other people that are not family or significant others.
I felt like staying at the Hyatt was very good value. It was a nice hotel and I felt very safe. The specific room that I got had a bed, living room, and kitchen and it was such a nice layout and visibly appealing. Everything was very clean. No loud noises at night although in the early morning you could hear the light rail and some planes since it’s near the airport.

United States of AmericaI specifically booked a King suite for the larger size of the living area so that my husband and I could both work from the hotel room during our stay. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that our room was given away and that we were "upgraded" to a double Queen suite instead. Sure, the room had an extra bed (which we didn't need), but the living area was much smaller, so I'm not sure why "upgraded" was the term they used. It felt misleading to me, and the smaller space didn't accommodate us well for working. As Jerry Seinfeld said, what's the point of making a reservation if they didn't hold the reservation? This was disappointing, especially because I expected more from the Hyatt brand. We still had to pay the nightly rate for the King suite, though I'm guessing the hotel couldn't change that since we booked through Booking.com and not directly on the Hyatt website.
The room and facilities were very clean. The breakfast bar had great selections (eggs, oatmeal, bacon, sausage, waffles, fresh fruit, etc.). Loved that free coffee was available all day instead of only in the morning.

South AfricaThe cleaning is every third day 😩 and being on a business trip, It would have been nice to come-back to a fresh room daily. Compared to other parts of the world, this is standard bare minimum.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and always greeted you with a smile. Veronica was amazing and helped me sort out a complex query. Thank you Veronica.

SwedenTry booking a room farther away from the main road. The ringing from the train can be quite loud in the rooms closest to it. No issue if you use ear plugs while you sleep.
The custom omelettes for breakfast are a treat and the staff extremely friendly. Just don't be fooled by the close to identical Decaf coffee dispenser! The airport shuttle was on time and driver very friendly.

The staff - the shuttle drivers are terrific - they talk to you during the short ride. I also noticed that the day driver comes in during the complimentary breakfast hours to help clean the tables - that's AWESOME!!! The dining area gets crowded so it's so nice that there's an extra hand cleaning the area, taking the initiative!
