You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The receptionist was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Loved the room only criticism was the pillows are not great. We have a couple of lights that weren’t going was attended to very quickly and with a chocolate sweet - thank you for an enjoyable stay. Far exceeded expectations after our experience in New York at the Hyatt.

Breakfast was sufficient, the rest of the hotel was terrific. The best hotel I stayed in for quite a while. Very spacious rooms with very modern, clean and big showers. Everything felt good. Nice TVs and high quality bed and linens. Standard check out time 12 is also a big plus. I enjoyed all of it.

Would have liked more fruit options- daily fruit bowl was always cut-up melon which I can’t eat, there were plenty of oranges but few times I saw bananas or apples, very overripe & barely edible.

United States of AmericaThere was only one person at the front desk during the first and second days we were there in the middle of Spring break. I felt bad for the lady at the front desk as there was a long line of people waiting to check in and she was visibly overwhelmed. She was still nice to everyone and doing her job. The pool is on the small side for such a big hotel. The photos were misleading.
The hotel and room were beautiful. Breakfast was great. Personnel was great, too.

The room was fabulous and clean - a king suite with city view and own kitchen on the 14th floor. Beds were really comfy, modern furniture, enough space to pack away our things.

I liked that there were several areas for charging your phone either by USB or plugins. The kitchen was supplied with all that we needed. The pool area was very nice as well.
