Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The pull out sofa was uncomfortable, breakfast was okay but repetitive, and they did not turn over the room daily
The location was great nice neighborhood, the train was close by, and plenty of walkable places to eat.

Not very clean( same coffee stain on bathroom counter for three days , finally I cleaned it) very uncomfortable mattress old and squiqy , the breakfast was mediocre .

Breakfast needs improvement. Coffee was not available for 20 minutes in the middle of the breakfast hours. Pancakes and waffles were cool to temp and tough.
The room was spacious, quiet , comfortable and close to the metro. A nice variety for breakfast. Parking convenient too.

Although the hotel offers free breakfast it not always easy to eat. The breakfast area is rather small and the opening hours are 7.30-9.30 (10.30 over weekend), if the hotel is slightly busy there's no space to sit and food options run out fast. Bathroom has only a shower attached to the wall, no faucet or a removable shower head, so washing ,especially kids, is tricky at best.
Hotel is fine quite close to the city center, few steps away from a metro station. The facility overall is well maintained. The rooms are clean, paid $$$ parking is available onsite. There are many lunch & dinner food options also available nearby.

Parking....
Parking was a bit concerning in the small parking quarters under the building. Also paid to park there. Room was great! Breakfast was super -- very nice selection of foods. Comfortable seating arrangements at breakfast. Would stay at the Hyatt again!

1, The breakfast area is too congested 2, The elevators are not enough to serve the whole building, we constantly had to wait for a long time 3, The parking lot is not well designed, very tight space to maneuver our car

This was a rare perfect stay.
My Customer and our dinner location was on the same street and was able to walk to both locations. The underground parking was ample and the staff was great.

Coffee was disappointing. Could use a new mattress; It’s gotten thin. Should have free coffee and tea available all the time. Hotel is very vanilla. No writing pad, no clock, no pen. No xtra anything.

The heating system was very loud and woke us up each time it came on during the night

Car park (underground garage) costs extra (about 25 USD/day without tax)
Nice hotel with friedly & helpful staff in close proximity to metro station (3-5min, going to Washington and Dulles IAD airport) and some bars and restaurants. Good breakfast and clean (not perfect but good enough). Location was easy to reach - also by car - and felt safe even during night times - some nice looking detached house close by.

Excellent location for shopping and restaurants in Arlington. Many within easy walking distance. Hotel’s own parking garage was a plus.

Parking was advertised as valet, however it is in fact self park in a very narrow underground garage. Upon leaving we discovered that our car was wedged in between two vans and we could not maneuver to get out. This was very stressful. Eventually a hotel worker managed to assist us.
Very good location, friendly staff, especially Maria in the breakfast area and Juan who was most helpful with a problem we had in the parking garage.

the room I had didn’t have an opening window, and the aircon & fridge were quite loud. nothing major, just had to get used to it.
very friendly staff, especially Maria at breakfast everyday! very clean and comfortable. decent location, 10-15minute metro ride from the centre and slightly better value for money than the other downtown hotels.
