On site car parking should be free if you are staying at the hotel, $30 a day was too much from this location.

For a family of 4 this was a decent size room, complimentary breakfast was very nice lots of options, most importantly the beds were so comfy, had a great night sleep every night.

The doors are SOOOOOO loud. We heard every single person in the hallway and when they opened and closed their doors, it was like a gun shot or an explosion. Even earplugs couldn't help. It was like there was no door at all. I really wanted this to be our new go-to hotel, but that was hard to get past. Even other guests that we passed that walked out of our hotel complained about being woken up by other room's doors or by people in the hallways.

This hotel was awesome for so many reasons. We really liked being able to walk across the road and use the Disney buses to get to the parks. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We got a King Family suite and really loved the sliding partition doors for privacy. Breakfast was good. The Staff was amazing. Everything was pretty updated and newer.

When booking there is no notation of parking charges. Not close enough to walk with 4 kids so we paid $30 a day for parking and then $35 to park at Disneyland

Staff was not helpful regarding the Disneyland shuttle. They told us the wrong area to stand and we missed the shuttle and had to wait almost an hour to get correct shuttle. We asked several different staff beforehand and none of them were clear or helpful. They just kept saying to download the app. Pillows were not comfortable. Wish you had an indoor pool.

Location was great. Good to have a warm breakfast included with a lot of options. Beds were comfortable.

In general the beds were comfy, but mine was a little lumpy. Had to sign up as a Hyatt member to get a bottle of water. Very few snack items available for purchase for nighttime snacking. Really everything else was pretty good.

A little bit over priced and no microwave

Young lady at the service desk was amazing. Her customer's service skill set was exceptionally far above the standard. She made me two delicious carmel macchiatos for my trip to Knotts. I feel bad because I didn't catch her name but if she sees this please let your boss know it was you! It was on Dec. 11. Breakfast was delicious 😋 loved the French toast

At the time of our visit, renovations were happening on various floors of the hotel. Overall, it was a minor inconvenience for us, but there were a few days during breakfast hours the workers were sanding the walls (in preparation for painting), painting, and installing flooring very close to the area where people were eating breakfast. We had concerns and definitely did not want to breathe in the dust and debris from the construction, so we ended up either taking our breakfast back to our room or skipping it altogether.

Both the hotel and parking felt safe and secure. We liked the options for breakfast. Rooms were spacious and clean.

My bed was close to the window and even though blinds were down, there was light coming in from lamps outside the building.

Location was perfect to go to the parks around. Breakfast was perfect and it had various options to pick. Personnel were very attentive and courteous. They even gave us directions to the public transportation.

I drive a lifted truck and the underground parking entrance does not have a posted height clearance. The above ground parking was full and although the front desk staff allowed me to park by the curb in a "non-marked" area, I found parking warnings on my vehicle even though my parking pass was displayed on my dashboard as instructed.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff tending to the breakfast area were also very pleasant and quick to respond to any need/request. I observed another guest mistreat a staff member regarding the breakfast hours, but I was impressed at how the young man respectfully acknowledged her and responded. I too was quite upset when I found the warnings on my vehicle and spoke to the front desk about it, and I was also impressed at how they responded to diffuse the situation. Would definitely recommend (just don’t bring your lifted truck 😊).

Front desk experience was disappointing. Lack of prioritization and customer service. I tried to check out of my room in the morning. They helped others with bottled water requests, making specialty coffee, but we’re too busy to help me and asked me to email my request. It’s now 24+ hrs later and I’m still waiting for an email response/my statement to understand the credit card charges.

Newly refurbished. Room felt spacious. Breakfast was solid.
