It would be nice if you inform the guests about the shuttle bus service. That the bus starts only from the domestic terminal, so if you arrive to the international terminal you need to use the airport shuttle bus to the domestic terminal and there you will find the hotel's shuttle bus.

The fact that you cannot get room service and is a bit difficult to get the housekeeper to provide what is needed after checking. What did bother me is the pool is scheduled to be opened until 10pm but they insist on locking it up at 930 for 2 days in a row, today they actually locked me out of the pool with my service dog while I went to get my food order and it caused me to get aggravated, these situations trigger my disability issues and cause me physical pain and sadness. I specifically come down late because I avoid stranger due to ptsd and I need to relieve my stress when the pool is empty and I can let my service dog of the leash safety as she is still in the stages of training as a puppy 🐶. I wish they had more consideration for people with disabilities that are not visible. The front desk staff did however understand my situation and nicely has it reopened so I can do my therapy. It feels safe being here… the grounds are extremely clean and well maintained with proper lighting with is perfect for my service dog 🐕‍🦺 training :-)

The sleeping couch was a bit uncomfortable.

Nice hotel for a short stay at the airport to get our connection flight. Room was spacious and our kid loved the large TV with streaming. Breakfast was varied.

needs upgrades but decent.

Basic hotel for early travelers looking to staff close to the airport. Booked this for my mom and aunt we who stated they wouldn't stay for a long period of time but for passers-bys its perfect. The amount of money this hotel makes it could use a few upgrades for the price people are paying not to mention the name HYATT.

The TV wouldn't come on when we got there, but someone was sent to fix the issue actually 2 people, one explained that they were switching systems, unplugged it & gave us the correct remote control. The ice machine on the 2nd floor wasn't working Sat morning, so I had to go to the 6th floor for ice, and they could leave an extra blanket in the closet because there wasn't one on the let out couch.

The breakfast was decent, the young man that checked us in was pleasant and informative and the lady (Margo I think that was her name) was helpful at checkout.

The breakfast was crap. The bathroom did not have any kind of counter space and could be updated. There was no full length mirror in the room or bathroom. The shower head did not have different settings. The tub side was very high making it awkward to step into. But once in it was fine. No USB ports for charging.

I liked the location, I liked the shuttle to the airport, I liked the room, the bed was comfortable. The water was nice & hot in the shower and the water pressure was good. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The lobby was very nice. Everything was clean.
