You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Three nights in a row I asked for it for the next day, but no one ever cleaned my room. An assistant manager told me if housekeeping could not do it, he would do it himself…..he never showed up!!

United States of AmericaOn Sunday, breakfast was late. There is also no turn-down service on Sundays. One elevator was out of order, but left to keep operating. One bedside lamp didn't work.
The location is right off the highway and near restaurants, Walgreens, and nextdoor to a restaurant. The outdoor pool was open. I found the room to be spacious. Staff were friendly.

United States of AmericaThey charged an extra $50 a day fee and didn’t tell you til you got there that it was a fee you would get back 3-5 days after you check out and they also failed to mention that the pool was under construction until we tried to go and then we asked about it and they acted like they didn’t know. The breakfast was pathetic. There was nothing but French toast, bagels and muffins!
