The friendliest receptionist (young man) we encountered in 3 weeks staying in hotels! Very helpfull and with a smile! Room was very clean, nice bed, nice view. The location oppposite to the Aquarium and Coca Cola World, was very much appreciated!

United States of America5 Reviews“It was ok and I’d probably stay again now that I know what to expect next time”Didn’t like the surprise of having no option but to pay for valet parking if we parked at the hotel. If we didn’t we still had to pay for parking and walk to the hotel and when booking there was no mention of having to pay to park what so ever so when I thought I was paying one price to stay it really ends up being more . I think if it’s mandatory to pay for parking it should be included on the total cost on booking.com if it wasn’t for having extra money put back we would have been in trouble with being able to stay at all . I don’t like surprises like that .
It was very clean and close to the attractions we were going to visit. The breakfast wasn’t bad at all either .

The location was great. The breakfast was nice. The evening valet was professional and very polite. The morning staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Very clean for the most part, beds were super comfy and location in the heart of the city. I stayed here to attend a concert at the State Farm Arena; it was maybe a 5 min walk. Definitely would stay here again. I also liked that you had to use the room key in order to enter the building or use the elevator.

On one morning of my 6 day stay the breakfast opened late. There may be one or two other things but I'd have to give it some thought so it would be just knit-picking.
The breakfast was good but would like minor changes, such as a waffle maker instead of toast/bagels or bacon instead of sausage. personally, I loved the fruit (berries), leave that alone but could possibly add apples or rotate apples and bananas.

The location to all downtown attractions and restaurants. Even when driving it was less than 20 minutes away. The front desk staff we encountered were all very welcoming.The room was clean and beds comfy.
