You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaI went to front desk to request a towel and was told.they would send one upper. Aftrr 23 minutes of waiting for towel. I called down to front desk to ask about the towel and then one was sent up in 3 minutes. But it took 26 minutes to get a towel to my room. And hotel wasn't able to find my paid reservation, so I had to call 2 different companies to find hotel reservation. But it was inputted into hotel system wrong spelling by someone. But glad it was found

United States of AmericaThe room we booked was given away by mistake (which I totally understand- it happens. That’s not my issue) so we were upgraded to a king suite “for no extra charge”, except when I checked my bank account after checking out we were charged the extra for the suite. It’s not a problem since we stayed in the suite so of course I’ll pay for it. But don’t tell me it will cost the same as the booking I made ($738.34) and then when I checked my bank account I was charged $1,070 in increments. $160, $80, $490, and $170 two times.
Location was great. We did not try the breakfast so can’t say. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Staff was always cleaning when we were coming in and out. Mopping, sweeping, etc. I appreciate the high standard the hotel staff had for keeping it tidy.

United States of AmericaMy sink faucet was about to fall off. I feel like the hotel looks nice but cheaply made. Only one elevator was working, so you often had to wait extra time. They need to get that thing fixed ASAP. The breakfast area was not big enough for the amount of people they had. They needed more staff cleaning up during breakfast. All the trash cans were overflowing. The should have breakfast go to 10, not 9:30.
The rooms were clean, comfortable beds, the place looked nice, and I thought the price was very good. The breakfast was pretty good (scrambled eggs, sausage, warm biscuits, bagels, waffles, yogurt, juices, etc.). Checkout at 11. Costco is across the street!

United States of AmericaMost of the stay was splendid. The only situation that was concerning was when I was trying to check in on Friday night. I accidentally chose the wrong dates, and my reservation was canceled. When I tried to check in, the women expressed no empathy or eagerness to assist with my concern. The fix was simple, but I had to basically figure it out myself. Luckily, I asked questions to make sure to have a room but the energy was just off. Then, I asked for a printed receipt and she said no, they don't have that. I would get an email at the end of my stay, but the hotel emailed me the the receipt moments later. The woman had braids and glasses, and it was just not the best customer care. I'm a manager within my company, and if one of my agents exhibited the type of customer service that was provided to me, a conversation would have been had, and possible further action. All of the other staff were more than helpful and understanding. The score would have been a 10 if this did not take place.
Location, Quiet, Updated Room, Breakfast selection, MOST of the staff were very kind Very clean and neat. I didn't hear any of my neighbors. Workout room has speakers so that's a plus.
