A decent hotel. I was here to attend a concert, and the hotel's location is perfect (5 minute walk to the HEB centre). The hotel's facilities could seem a little old, but they serve their purpose well. Hotel's staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Did not care much for the breakfast. Eggs tasted like powdered eggs and very runny.

The breakfast was okay. The bar was okay too - I think a popcorn machine for the guest while enjoying a beverage would be nice. Spouse wanted bloody Mary, but they didn't have that as an item to make. There is a refrigerator, so not sure they could keep what is needed to make them. Anyway, overall stay was good.

Our room was left uncleaned. There was no card hanging on the room door, so we presumed the room will be cleaned but that's not what happened. We ended to have a clean towel per our request.

The coffee could be better with the amount of money we pay so better on coffee tasted flat and and no creamer flavors . Or why should we pay for start bucks ?

Rooms are not soundproof at all. 😅 So, be careful before you plan to have a loud night. Everybody can hear what you are doing, and what you are saying. 😅😅

All of the staffs were very friendly and helpful. The manager (I believe his name is Doug but not100% sure.) My flight landed in San Antonio instead Austin, so my schedule was all massed up and checked in at 4:30AM without luggage, and next morning when I tried to go to the airport, he helped me to get a taxi and offered me an iced coffee and a bottle water for free. He literally made my day. 😊👍 I stayed from Monday(I checked in on Tuesday morning) to Saturday. Most of time it was pretty peaceful but my last night was not really good due to the people in the next room. Yes, It was Friday night but they played loud rap music almost all night and of course I couldn't sleep at all. But other than that, everything was good enough. Loved the breakfast too. 😋

The shower stall needs a little elbow grease. Kaboom works better on acrylic surfaces. Overall everything else was good.

Probably clarify this is a pet friendly hotel. I am not super fan of sleeping in beds where dogs or cats may be slept. Not sure either if they have some section exclusive for this.

There is an outdoor concert venue, The Hautespot, across the street and the music invaded the room until 11:00 PM on Friday and Saturday.

The breakfast is really good, but the last few months the eggs are VERY runny.

I like the location and the new staff at front desk is a lot more friendlier. I stay there for work monthly and they finally recognize me as a returning customer. Kitchen staff in the morning are always helpful to me. Location is great for my needs.

There is a venue located on the east side of the building that has live outdoor music. If you are staying Fri. or Sat. night, keep this in mind and ask for a room on the lower floors 1-3 or on the west side of the building closest to 183. Our 1st room was on the 4th floor (venue side), and the A/C was not functioning. Although we had checked in hours earlier and set the thermostat to a comfortable temperature, we returned to a hot room with the next door venue loud and poppin'. Luckily, the front desk staff found us a room 1 floor down that was cool and less noisy. At 10:30pm, after a long day, the last thing I wanted to do was move to another room. Once we were settled on the 3rd floor, all was well.

The location was great. We attended a graduation at the CP HEB center, and this was centrally located. The staff at check-in were very friendly and fixed some sort of misspelling of the name on our 2nd room we reserved that they initially could not locate. Breakfast was just okay. Nothing outside of the Scrambled Eggs is freshly prepared. Frozen fruit, frozen pancakes, microwaved bacon, and that type of selection. There were adequate choices, bagels, cereals, etc. and plenty of juice, milk, and coffee.

Staff was not very welcoming. We were never greeted in the mornings when we came down for breakfast. Staff was often busy having private conversations, looking at phones, etc. One man on breakfast service was very kind und helpful. The food wasn't the best, but there was a large variety to choose from.

It was clean and modern. Large choice of food for breakfast. Overall great place.

Music from the venue across the street was annoying. I’m not sure what the hotel can do but they should have mentioned it to me before hand.

Breakfast was very decent. Wide selection. It was actually out early which worked for my timing needs. Lots of seating areas in the lobby was also quite nice and useful.

Toilet seat would not stay up when the Male in the crew wants to urinate standing. Door selfclose mechanism needs to be adjusted. It really is a bit dangerous.

Generally, I would stay there again. I thought a bit expensive for the style of hotel. However I have not compared other hotels and everything is just more expensive these days.
