Came for the Boston Marathon and had a fantastic stay and week

Just one incident with a lady at the bar slow taking food orders. It took a while to arrive also and it wasn't hot which suggested she'd let it stand for a while

I liked the easy going atmosphere and casually dressed staff made it more relaxed.

The whole night there was a horrible sound like a loose metal in the vent. I eventually early in the morning found that one of the vent slits were lose, and shoved a tissue inbetween to stop the sound. By checkout the sound was gone so I did not say anything to staff

The room was very clean and the view was spectacular. The front desk staff were very nice and welcoming. It is located very close to many great dining experiences.

I didn't find a firepit on the rooftop. I wish it would have been open longer than 10 p.m.. I was only able to find ice on the 4th floor. 7 & 10 were empty, but another guest mentioned she had just found ice on the 4th floor.

I loved the location. I had a great view of the harbor from my room. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. I was close to the airport, and the venue I attended a book signing at. I loved the rooftop view. It was so beautiful.

Not too courteous receptionist. Is a bottle of water to be offered free upon check-in to guests or to be purchased upon request by the guest?

Great location. It's not too crowded area. Several restaurants. Overlooking and only a few steps away from the harbor.

The breakfast room was way to small, it was extremely crowded, you could not go again for breakfast due to a 50m long waiting-line. That need to change.

Very good location with views on the port - Yankee lobster next door. Good breakfast - but see the comment below. Very nice common area at the top floor ... you can relax there!

Slightly overpriced once you factor in local taxes. Noisy fridge and air conditioning in our room. Breakfast wasn't great, just average.

Great location, mostly friendly staff, spacious and clean room. Mary at the bar is awesome. Stop for a chat with her if you can. Get a grey goose cosmo!

Parking was abysmal. Street parking was essentially non-existent; the V1 lot across the street pricey; and the valet lot under the hotel was exorbitant. Keep this in mind when booking. DO NOT (under any circumstances) use the public lot behind the hotel. The day rate ends at 3 am and a new day starts at 3:01 am. So if you stay overnight they charge for 2 days of parking (ie $76)!!!!

Location, facilities and breakfast were all great (except for the long line to get breakfast on Saturday).

The line for the breakfast was really, really long. This is something that should be addressed. Even though breakfast came with the room, we ended up leaving and going to get breakfast somewhere else because the line was so long.

The facilities are nice. We ate dinner at the bar one night and it had a nice ambience. Room was clean and spacious. The location is near lots of restaurants and shops.

There was a lot of noise. It seemed like we could hear a furnace turning on and off or something. It was only mildly bothersome during the sleeping hours. Did not notice so much during the day.

Beautiful, clean, and modern. The outside patio and fire pit was the highlight of our trip

The gym equipment is very poor, no bench press, it needs an improvement. A pool and jacuzzi would be nice.

The room was clean but housekeeping was minimum. Our towels were changed and the beds made, but for example, they never took away or replaced used coffee mugs or water glasses. We were left without toilet paper one day.

The king suite was very comfortable with a separate bedroom and pullout. Two tvs (but only one remote). Big bathroom. Gym was excellent. Bar/lounge area also very spacious and comfortable. Decent breakfast included in the price.
