You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaI appreciated the breakfast but it was mediocre. The first morning I got there early and the hot foods were luke warm and the eggs were cold. I liked the yogurt bar, but addition of some fresh berries and bananas would have put it over the top. The second morning I came down later (7:30am) and everything was seriously depleted. No mugs, no cut up fruit. The workers were busy but couldn’t keep up.
The coffee was good, and hot. The yogurt bar was a great thing to offer. I liked having an outdoor seating option. Thank you!

The breakfast was awesome. It was just not a continental breakfast like other hotels. Everything was well cooked and prepared. The variety was delicious. The hotel provides covered parking attached to the hotel. There is a Mexican Restaurant that is attached to the hotel as well. The food and drinks was fabulous there. The hotel room was very nice and spacious. The bed and pillows made me sleep like a baby. The hotel has where you can order food and drinks, as well. I will stay here again.

United States of AmericaThe only negative was the shower head. The streams coming out of it were like water lasers. But that was the only negative concerning our stay.
The room was terrific! It was clean, and the bed very comfortable. The staff was top-shelf. They were professional, enthusiastic, and really seemed to enjoy working there. The breakfast menu was varied, and really good! I had gotten a bit of food poisoning from the hotel we had stayed at previously, and the staff was so helpful to my wife and I. Thank you so much for a great stay. We will be back!
