The only problem I had was the hot water took forever to heat up and the toilet and shower were crammed into the smallest room ever. Could not even shut the bathroom door from the inside because it was so small.

Staff was friendly. Beds were comfy.

The location was great. We didn't want to be to close to downtown but access was easy, not only driving directly but also with ride pick up. We loved being so close the local attractions as well.

The bathrooms were so tiny I couldn’t even turn around in them to get dressed. It had a weird set up.

The property was in a nice location for shopping or food or getting back on the highway. Breakfast was limited.

The pull out sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the only way to turn off the lamps in that room was to unplug them.

Dave at front desk was super nice! Rooms were clean. Bathroom is actually really small. I would rather have some sink space gone and more bathroom to be able to turn around in. Or have the door swing out verse in.

The sofa bed mattress is not good and the bathroom is incredibly small.

It was clean, Breonna and Dave were very helpful and friendly. The double beds were very comfortable.

The awful burning plastic smell during breakfast hours. That nighttime staff prepping breakfast for the next day did so without gloves and while handling the front desk. Tiny bathroom. Overall this place doesn't fit with the Hyatt brand. Very basic run of the mill hotel. Short staffed just like every other service industry place right now but they could do a few things to help guests staying several days. Trash bags in cans in room and ect. Apparently my child must have touched the phone, dialed 3 numbers and inwas charged almost 10.00!!

Location, that the pool was open, room was clean. Plenty of parking out back.

We were upgraded to a corner room with a lovely view. The bed was comfortable with soft cotton sheets. I also enjoyed the comfy couch & mini bar. Staff at the desk were friendly & helpful and the property was clean and quiet.

Very run down, pillows worn out, bed squeaked all the time, breakfast area seating filthy, stained, surfaces sticky, baseboards covered in dust, fresh fruit replaced with canned pineapple rings, started charging for parking. Last time we will stay here.

First off we chose to stay here because of location and free parking and just uber around. We were in town for graduation at Vanderbilt we could have stayed down town but did not want to pay extra for parking and deal with down town traffic. At check-in i was told of a parking fee i let the clerk know of the web-site plainly stating free parking she agreed to waving the fee. Went up to the room it was clean dated but clean came back down asked about restaurants close by and the in house bar - lounge area they informed us there was no bartender and wasn't going to be one for the duration of our stay so we went to check out the pool area and look up restaurants close by. Pool area was nice there was one other guest there not in the pool just hang out like us after a few minutes one of the clerks comes to us and informs us the pool is now closed we replied its 7:00 the web-site said pool hours was 10:00 to 10:00 sorry but its closes at 7:00 today. We knew then this wasn't going to be a good stay next morning breakfast no coffee no coffee creamer no plates only one person serving there and he was overwhelmed. At check-out different clerk was working the front desk he charged me for the parking, and i paid it, but I will never again will stay at a Hyatt place ever.

I confirmed my reservation 24 hours in advance and got there to be told they hd a room for me but not what I booked. We had been traveling for 12 hours so to get there and hear that was frustrating. We are a family of 5 so it made it a little tight her sleeping arrangements.

this hotel is run down and old. The facility wasn't clean my room was filthy it did not look anything as advertised my a/c didn't work it was a horrible experience my room smelled of animal
