Elevator dirty, dirty, stained carpets in the hallways, hallways a bit dark, worn linen (bed sheets).

I didn't like that there was a horrible sewer smell in the room, a new room was provided which didn't have the smell, but I did notice the smell when running the water or after flushing the toilet. I did not like that there wasn't any microwaves in the rooms.

It was nice that breakfast was provided, the building and rooms were clean, and the staff was nice.

Huge issue with payment for my friends. The 2 women who worked nights didn't properly complete the transaction. My friends ended up paying twice. It remains to be seen if the original transaction is refunded.

I think the property from the outside needs to be a little more taken care of and kept more clean. There was a lot of cars or motorcycle loud noises like they were racing outside the parking lot, the noise ended like at 3: 00am in the morning. Also, the shower floor was not that clean.

There were no movie channels at all and very little to choose to watch. The halls constantly smelled of weed.

The AC was as cool as expected and was set at 67. It should have been cold. The shower leaked after use making noise.

Young girl on staff that was rude and didn’t understand what customer service was. Staff Didn’t pay attention to the booking and had to ask for enough bath items for the room. Should think about adding a microwave to the room it’ll be more convenient

Great distance for everything we did in Houston. Continental breakfast was good Bed amazingly comfortable/ water pressure and temperature was amazing as well Accidental overage charged to my account and they immediately reversed it 48 hours

The service for the towels. My sister when to get some and they just give her tree and we were 6 people.

The receptionist called me at 2:30pm telling me she was cancelling my room if I didn’t give her my card number over the phone. When I told her no she hung up in my face. I made it to check in at 3:45pm and my room was not ready. I didn’t get checked in until 6pm. When I finally got a room it was a disability room and it was NOT cleaned properly! We found the last persons belongs next to the bed. When I asked for another room they would not give us one because they said they were booked but the room we had is not what I booked online. The couch and sheets had stains on it and the lights did not work. We had to use the light from my makeup bag! The manager was walking around with his head so deep into his phone that he wasn’t concerned about my complaints. At this point I went to my room to change and one of the cleaning ladies tried to walk into my room saying it was time for me to check out but I had just made it to the property! Never again will I stay in the Hyatt!

Bad smell

Yes the room was smelling bad because the hallway was sticky so bad l did complain about that bad smell to the front desk l don’t know what they did the smell was still there. Our toilet got overflow and the dirty water was all over the bathroom so we got to switch rooms in middle of night. I will never ever will stay with Hyatt again

Many things - Staff is disrespectful . - No Cleaning by Hotel is something New to us and in 3 days of our stay, they didn't even clean room for 1 day . - Horrible breakfast . - Need to ask for fresh towels everyday and get it after we go and deposit towels ( which hotel does this )
