The first day, the maid never cleaned our room, so we had no clean towels or facecloths to use that night or the next morning - yuck. At this price range, I would expect better maid service. Our room was next to the elevator, so noisier than average, and there were people yelling loudly in the hall outside our door one evening. Other than that, it was quiet. There were connectivity issues with the Wifi, but the front desk provided help there. The decor was new. What they call "modern, industrial, edgy" which my nervous system interprets as "cold, barren, dull," and quite frankly it did put my nerves on edge. Definitely designed by somebody in love with their ruler and protractor. To each their own. If you are looking for organic, look somewhere else.

Overall, our stay was quite enjoyable. The staff were all friendly and eager to help. Room: we stayed 3 nights and when we got there it was clean and the room was large. Layout included two sturdy places to set suitcases- I love that - with roomy minifridge, big screen TV, a comfortable, long sofa area. Bath: large, well designed walk-in shower, well engineered grab bars, good water pressure, lots of room to spread out on the vanity, fluffy towels. At first glace, there were few wall sockets, but closer inspection revealed many extra sockets built into the desktop and bedside tables for charging our devices! We both slept better than we usually do in a hotel: the beds were very comfortable and the room darkening shade system worked great. Other amenities: the gym is well equipped and clean. Breakfast: wonderful! Fresh fruits and delicious sausages! My husband liked his carb choices, but I'm diabetic: it's not often I get as many protein choices as provided. Very handy that it started at 6AM, too. To have 5 to 6 hot tea choices plus good coffee and 2 juices was fabulous.

Maybe the parking, but most everyone wanted to park out front and I didn’t realize there was a back lot until leaving.

The staff was awesome. Said hello morning and night. The rooms were very clean and smelled good. The breakfast was delicious and staff there was great.

Recently stayed at another Hyatt, which prompted me to book this one. Wonderful experience - clean and spacious rooms for a family of 4 to overnight. Convenient to restaurants and other amenities as well as an onsite restaurant and bar. Breakfast was good as well. One wish - EV charging on site.

1 being that the water pressure in the shower was low. The room was nice but that threw us off. 2 the house cleaner barged in the room saying housecleaning without listening for a response. I didn’t like that at all

Only 1 thing I didn't like. There was a lady working in the breakfast area who was bringing out the drinks and food . She was very disrespectful and rude. It was like she didn't want to be there and took it out on people who was there. The next morning it was a younger guy and he was great. Did his job and wasn't rude at all.

Loved everything. This was my 2nd time staying here and pretty much both times was great. Clean , friendly staff , breakfast was fine , will stay again.
