We checked in very late so I guess that's why we got a room off the lobby. It wasn't too noisy for sleeping but the kitchen was close by & activity began early for the breakfast. Nice to have a hot breakfast...eggs need work... Would have been nice to have little body lotions. All in all, a decent stay.

We liked the room set-up and it was comfortable. Did appreciate having a table (used for our suitcase) and another sink at the bar.

The room was clean, but rather worn. There's mildew in the shower and dust on the baseboards. We couldn't really use the kitchenette because the faucet was dirty. The walls were thin, so although the area was quiet, you could hear other families or cleaning staff.

The hotel is well situated and our suite was spacious. There was a diverse breakfast every morning.

The pool was disgusting. There was dirty diapers laying around it and a film on top of the water. Breakfast was to crowded due to parents not watching their kids and letting them just run around.

The location was the best! The gentleman who checked us in was super nice.

we asked a higher floor but got 2nd floor right next to elevator. There are late check in people and children ran and shouting in the hallway even after might night. The water or heater are very loud, it went off across night when neighbors upstairs using toilet and shower. Check out rule is not clear, and not staff at desk during morning hour when several people waiting to checkout.

Breakfast was a bit late coming out. Seating area for breakfast is limited and basically in the lobby. They were busy and so it was a little awkward trying to find seating to eat while simultaneously there were other guests taking up space simply waiting for their rides.

Admitted, we were a bit late for breakfast (approx. 20min before closure), but the cmbination of the following facts might not lead to a good memory: * personnel (2 pax seen) seemed not too motivated referring to their communication style, facial expression, the way (posture, speed) when doing work like floor cleaning, plate clearing , e.g., I have asked for plates as there were no more. I did not hear the first answer, but as the employee disappeared I have assumed the employee would get more plates. After couple of minutes, as there were still no more plates, I have asked again and was told that the plates are currently washed - I could take a cup for the oats and plastic cutleries instead. * selection of left food was nearly nothing (cooked oat meal, dry cereals, few sausages and scrambled eggs, 2 bananas, some cut fruit) what might be ok considering the time, but the taste has space for improvement: * egg tasted like rubber, no flavor at all * cut melons tasted like cucumber (used the same chopping board?) * banana was nice outside, mainly brown inside

* receptionst was very friendly * room was nice and clean * bed comfortable * coffee machine was a nice add-on * lots of parking space * variety of breakfast is good, I guess (see items for improvement) * some restaurants in walking distance * near to a shopping mall and O'hare airport All in all we had a great stay (only 1 night), but the breakfast was a fail - in all aspects (see items for improvement).

Breakfast could have had more options/choice, especially for vegetarians. Was quite limited.

Great sized room and really happy that it came with an Iron and Ironing board which is very helpful when travelling for business. Room was very clean and was well sized to allow me to rest and also a separate area to work on my laptop. Liked the small shop at reception for purchasing additional items and snacks.

The cleanliness of the elevators during my stay was 4 nights, and the elevators were not cleaned in 2 or more days I know because the same coffee stains were on the floor and wall. I could not log on to the internet at all the entire time I was there. Grace was not there, the other girls at the desk were of no help.

Grace greeted us with a smile and was polite and answered all my questions without any problem or hesitations. For the most part, everything was clean and smelled good. The housekeeping was great and very polite!

I wish there was a privacy curtain that went around the entire shower. That was a pretty unpleasant surprise. To be honest, the glass isn’t as frosty as you think and I was pretty uncomfortable with the lack of even the option of privacy.

The location was tucked away but close to several stations. The room was really clean and looked like new. The staff was really friendly and helpful, especially the clerk who helped us check in, though I’m sorry my poor memory forgot their name. They remembered mine though! The amount of outlets was also notable, a lot of hotels I find myself struggling to find even one so it was nice to have a few.

I didn't like the bathroom, it was very very small. We probably wouldn't stay again because the bathroom was very tight.

The staff was variable, but some were absolutely inappropriate. The breakfast scene was chaotic with staff yelling at each other about wrong forks and food issues. The coffee cup sleeves, for instance, were way to big for the cups provided. Even though my room was ready, and I had to attend a funeral prior to the check in time, the very apathetic staff insisted on charging me for early check in, and would not even just hold my bag early due to a flooded storage room. That started things off badly.

The room was so spacious and very comfortable for a family. We enjoyed the facilities, the pool was clean and warm enough for kids to splash for an hour. Everything was very clean. We also enjoyed a lot the quality and the selection at breakfast.
