- Beds are not as comfortable as I expected. - A faucet in the mini-kitchen was leaking water drops and for the light-sleep person, it may damage sleep. A good review of these faucets could help prevent leakages, save water and improve guests' sleep.

They didn't refresh the supply for the coffee, so had to ask twice. The highway is loud on the north side, but I moved to the south side, which was then fine. There was also a large number of rowdy girls attending a cheerleader competition. Had to change rooms another time because of the noise.

The room was clean and well-outfitted, including a separate counter with a good coffee-maker, sink and a fridge underneath. There was also a large couch, so quite a spacious room.

The rooms don't have microwave, very useful when having children and not going to the first floor in the extended breakfast room, we also disliked the coffee pots, miss being able to bring my own filter and coffee grounds, now these simple flavorless packet don't do the job, a simple small coffee pot and a small microwave would have been awesome oh and also someone to check the pool more often, lots of paint flakes floating near the edges, kids inhale the water while swimming and playing.

Loved the room, minus the misunderstanding of room wall decor, had double queen, it was like a mini apartment, great when traveling with kids

We were disappointed that our room wasn't serviced during our stay. The dirty towels weren't picked up or replenished with new ones.

The pool area could be better. Staff wasn’t at desk most times at night when we went down to lobby for questions or stuff we needed for our room.

The so called bar type of setting could use a major upgrade. But other than that, everything else was perfect.

The cost and location are very good. Location is less than half a mile away from a major shopping mall and lots of restaurants.

With a $75 pet fee, I would have like to see an actual pet relief area. But at least a trashcan at all of the entrances to throw away bags.

The staff was all friendly and helpful and the room was clean and a great setup. The breakfast was a good variety of options

Bathroom was small. TV placement is strange but being on a swivel works. Not a lot of outlet options but had USB ports for charging electronics. Pool area was okay; pool water was warm, but the pool area felt like the a/c was on, very cold!!

Room was clean. Updated since our last stay in April '23. Facilities were clean and updated. Breakfast included in stay is nice. Close to main highway and easy drive to Chicago O'Hare airport. There is plenty to do in the area. Woodfield mall, Legoland Discovery, etc. Plenty of food options also.

I didn’t know I was going to be charged and extra 25$ for incentive and not get it back for 7 or 8 business days . Would of be nice to know at check in time…..

The only complaint I have is where the TV was positioned. There was a pullout couch that was on one said and the bed on the other. The tv looked like it was supposed to share. I understand the position but also, poor set up of the room.

The room was great! Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good! typical hotel breakfast but it was tasteful.
