It was perfect for a group of girls for a quick concert! Breakfast was perfect and loved the parking! The staff was excellent! We came back late from a concert and the rooftop was closed; however, they allowed us to go out there and take pictures of our girls with the nighttime city scape!

No complaints! And this is of no consequence at all, but the stickers being left on the complimentary apples had me laughing for some reason HAHAHA, I don't even know why. Tasty apples though!

Really great accommodations for the price and location. Very easy to get to (despite Chicago traffic). The staff was very pleasant and property was clean, modern, operated very competently. I recognize the reality of all the moving parts involved in running a hotel so often am very forgiving of almost anything, but I didn't have a single complaint here. Everything was clean, functional, quiet, ran like clockwork, we loved it. It was a short but fantastic stay!

The furniture in the breakfast/bar are could use an upgrade. IMHO, the chairs are a bit too low for the table heights.

So much to say. The location,the comfort of the rooms and beds, the quality of the wifi and the breakfast. But the thing that makes this property truly special I would say is the staff. Special thanks to Judy at the front desk, Angelica in the kitchen, and Nicole in the bar for a very welcoming and warm reception. Just the best.

I wouldn't pick this hotel if I planned to use the metro trains to get around as it is not close to train lines.

Very convenient to catching a concert at the Salt Shed venue (15 min walk) and to hanging out in wicker park. If driving take division exit and approach hotel on Ashland from south to enable turn into parking valet. Very good breakfast included on 7th floor with nice view of the skyline. Bed was comfortable.

I wish their had been more parking options with the hotel; valeting for $50 a night wasn't the most ideal, BUT we did appreciate that it was unlimited in/out

Loved the room, very quiet and clean. Plenty of outlets for chargers and laptop. Mini fridge, coffee maker. Great desk area for working, nice livingroom area for relaxing. Breakfast better than most with plenty of options but would like longer hours. 9am is early to end breakfast when on vacation. Beautiful views from breakfast area. Nice view from 4th floor room.

Better water pressure in the shower is the only thing to call out.

Convenient location with a great rooftop bar and view of the city. The staff were fabulous - very friendly and helpful. The breakfast packs for the marathon runners was great.
