Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Ice machine hasn't worked on 3rd floor in over 3 weeks. The other ice machines have no ice. Couldn't purchase things from downstairs at one point due to system crash or something to that effect. A hot tub would really make the pool more of an enjoyable time for adults.

It was to loud noise for the ppl. Upstairs or next door. I was horrible it wasn't quiet n peaceful the banging and stomping early morning and late at night it was crazy seem it was royal rumble. I was no a conference call n was so embarrassed cause you can hear it like it was in my room

The room was very spacious and clean. I loved that the toilet had the secured, sanitized wrapping around it. The shower water was hot and bathroom clean. My family enjoyed the room, would def stay again. Having the Saltgrass steakhouse next door was a major plus too.

NO MICROWAVE OVEN IN THE ROOM. WE HAD TO GO TO THE LOBBY OR ANOTHER FLOOR TO USE A CENTRAL MICROWAVE OVEN. NO EXHAUST FAN IN BATHROOM. SINK HAD LOW WATER PRESSURE AND WATER TOOK FOREVER TO GET HOT.
Indoor pool and fitness room were clean and well kept. Hotel location met our needs. Complimentary breakfast had a good selection and mix of items.

The idea that a hotel that big had only one microwave was a shock to us to say the least,plus it was on the 4th floor, so we had to walk all the way to 4th floor every time we needed to eat. It was the most inconvenient experience ever.
The hotel was clean , the staff was exceptionally professional and friendly. The food was great but there was no microwave.. This hotel was beyond excellent. I had fun staying here .I will be back if they install microwaves.

Bathroom…. As I explained on the topic above. My room was facing to the roof on the second floor; terrible view . It seems like the hotel wasn’t fully booked and By the price I paid I deserved a better room.
Size of the room is excellent. Bathroom I was very disappointed (door totally damaged on the bottom ( I wouldn’t rent an apartment with a bathroom like this room number 209)/caulking was part missing, rusted and dirty. Shower water pressure not strong enough, dirty tile floor and faucet on the sink was missing cover. Cleaning was good except bathroom/ breakfast could be better.

I would have appreciated more seating near the breakfast serving area. The pool looked like it could be updated as it looked rather chipped. You could easily add a hot tub while your at it. Overall the hotel had a funky smell kind of like the ocean.
They were able to accommodate my family of 6 comfortably. Had a nice sitting area in the room. Breakfast was decent.

The pool room could use some updates.
The lobby and our room was very nice, you can tell the place is well kept. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and the variety.

Unfortunately the man that was at check in wasn't polite. He rushed us through the check in. Didn't give us information about breakfast or pool hours.
The bed was comfy. The room was big. The lady at check out was very friendly. Great location. Great price.
