Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The elevator was a bit jolty. Considered taking the stairs. Found small black bugs on the bathroom door. Coffee maker was missing the tray that holds the coffee for brewing. Had to settle for hot water and a tea bag.
Perfect location for our needs, friendly staff, breakfast had all my favorites.

The hotel was clean but needed maintenance and a lot older than I anticipated. There was construction at the front entry and I thought I read that the rooms were renovated- clearly they were not. The air conditioner in my first room was gross and need cleaning
Every staff member I encountered was extremely helpful and friendly. Despite the noise and construction the lobby and business area were clean and nice

Only miss here is that there is no laundry in house.
Location is really good. Stay was comfortable. Bed is very nice. Staff is also cooperative. Especially Laneda at the front desk was par excellence. Breakfast is also good.

I wish there were ice machines on all levels and the breakfeast was bigger even if the hotel had to charge us more for it
I like the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Cleaning was great as far as our room .

Breakfast definitely could of been better, Saturday morning there was no breakfast out yet at 7am. Hotel needed updating, but over all was fine

The room wouldn't get cool all night until the early morning. There wasn't a 24 hour restaurant as advertised. There also wasn't any notification of renovations being done either.

We came here specifically for the pool. The pictures were outdated and misleading. The pool was dirty, slimy, and moldy.

We had family with us and they had the following issues Got locked out of their room for over an hour+ due to dead battery. No maintenance on site. Gave instructions over the phone to get them in room. The next night, needed clean sheets and no fitted sheets available but made do with top sheets. Next morning stuck in elevator. Didn’t get rescued for at least 5-10 minutes. One elevator not working at all and the other one couldn’t stop on the 2nd floor. Gates to parking lot remained open all the time. Wi-Fi sporadic and tv didn’t work in their room Moving old furniture out of hotel’s top floor and left windows open all the time. In our room, toilet seat very wobbly. We have had family gatherings there many times and liked location, but not sure about staying again.
Breakfast was nice.

We chose this hotel as it has a pool, unfortunately the pool was closed. We would have stayed elsewhere if we had known the pool was closed.
the room was large enough and the breakfast had good gluten free options. The room faced the road and traffic/sirens went through the night.

Our room was only cleaned 1 of the 5 nights. I did tell the cleaning lady the first day that she didn't need to clean that day. We exchanged towels and the trash that day but then never saw her again. We had to ask 3 different times to have the room turned over after that. Day 5 it was finally turned. Really wished there were weights in the Gym.
Your front desk staff was EXCELLENT! Their friendly-ness and care for the customer were on point:)
