The bathroom door in the room would not stay closed which made the stay with my work mate a little challenging at times. In addition, there is no pool, it is fill in by sand. Which makes the images on the website misleading. Also parking absolutely is horrible, once the lot fills which does not take much, you must park across the street.

The staff was really great, upon our first day to our last the staff was amazing. Special shout to Morgan at the front desk. In addition to the staff breakfast was generally good.

HOTEL HAS NOT ACCESS TO THE BEACH AND THE POOL WAS CLOSED, AT THE TIME OF THE RESERVATION THERE WAS NOT ADVICE THAT THE AREAS OUTSIDE TO THE BEACH AND THE POOL WERE CLOSED AND WE HAVE TO WALK A LOT TO FIND ACCESS TO THE BEACH, ALSO THE STAFF WHO WERE IN THE BREAKFAST AREA WAS NOT POLITE, THE COFFE END SO FAST AND WHEN WE REQUESTED FOR MORE COFFE , THEY SAID THERE WAS NOT MORE AND IT SEEMS LIKEIF SHE WERE UNGRY AT ALL TIME,

THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS REALLY POLITE, I SUBJECT TO THE PERSONAL THAT SPECIFY THE CONDITION OF THE HOTEL BEFORE HAVE A RESERVATION IN ORDER NOT TO BE SURPRISE AT THE TIME TO ARRIVE. ROOM WAS CLEAN AND STAFF WAS HONEST.

Breakfast can improve and add some more tea options. Location was perfect but the beach acccess was closed temporarily. Swimming pool also was closed temporarily.

The pool and beach access were still not repaired after 1.5 years. No chairs on the balcony to sit down.

The location is good since the hotel is right on the beach. There is a publix nearby and some restaurants right across the street.

Pool and beach access from hotel was closed due to construction and i was not informed before i completed my booking also some amenities in my room were broken like the night light and coffee maker

Even with the beach repairs being made to the building the hotel should provide a way to the ocean on their property as it is an ocean front property. The shower was awful. I had to report it not working every night.

Location being on the beach was what brought us here. The price was right too. Breakfast was assorted and did the job.

I didn’t like the fact that there was no pool or beach access like advertised on Booking.com. Booking.com should’ve had a notice stating that there was no beach access or pool.

Was not advised by Booking.com that the pool was gone. Never would have booked this trip for two weeks without a pool. You need to but in red print on the top of the page.
