There was a large crack in the sink of the bathroom which isn’t a huge deal (just to let you all know) and I was underwhelmed by the breakfast. No bacon or pancakes :/ I also was not anticipating the extra 100 dollar charge until a day prior to my stay which was frustrating

The hotel lacks an in-room safe, and the bathtub tile grout needs more attention. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was subpar—scrambled eggs, pancakes, and French toast were all dry, and the coffee was diluted and not hot. As a result, I decided to skip breakfast there on my second day.

The hotel’s location near downtown provides convenient access to attractions and businesses.

I could t go via the statues as the door was locked. Had to go with an hotel employee to let me in every time. Rather bizarre that you can’t access your room via a stairway Also in the breakfast area there was no place where you could eat quietly. There were at least 5 TVs and they were all on high volume. There was no escaping them. Rather annoying

Even that it was cold out I was there for a volleyball tournament and my room was hot, I called the front desk and the lady told me the only thing she can do was bring me a fan, she did, she couldn’t tell me how the ac worked till the next day that maintenance was going to be there in the am so I was hot all night very uncomfortable so know that if u stay in this prosperity the ac won’t cool down your room if is cold outside. I find this very wrong as I’m paying for comfort sorry but expected more from the Hyatt, also the cabinets were broken and didn’t function as required. I have stayed at many Hyatts before and never had this issues.

Terrible pillows. Did not like the parking fee and it seemed like most of the cars did not have the parking tag displayed so it made me wonder how many people used the lot without paying.

Clean, spacious room and bathroom. Staff very friendly in all areas. Breakfast was great and changed daily for variety. Great view of the mountains from our window.

The front desk folk were nice but serving guests while chewing on your food is a little unprofessional.

The room wasn't cleaned one of the 10 days... someone forgot it. The renovations outside weren't finished, so two days were a bit loud but as a whole it was acceptable. The restaurant offering is a bit limited and pricy for what it offers.

Room was clean, roomy, breakfast was good and the staff friendly. Hotel was newly renovated and is nice. Placement was perfect for my needs. The new fitness center is well equipped.

Construction going on by the front door half the time during our stay, and also had put the DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door, went out for the day and when we returned we realized some staff had came in and changed the TV remotes out for some reason....no note was left or a phone call or anything to let it be known someone did go in our room while we were not there
